"Amazing guesthouse! We booked last minute and were so glad we did. It’s right in front of Svetitskhoveli Cathedral in Mtskheta—perfect location in the city. Anna warmly welcomed us and even brought us fresh grapes from her vine! The breakfast was the best we’ve ever had. Everything was clean and comfortable, with parking right in front of the door. Highly recommend! We felt increasingly love with a place and host!"

"Optimally located just in front of the main entrance to the Svetiskhoveli main cathedral in Mtskheta. Also close to everything you want to see in Mtskheta. The room is somehow spartan, but very clean and has everything you need. Anna, the hostess is very kind and super friendly. Breakfast is good and rich. Anna speaks German, which was very helpful for us and eased communication."
"If you come with car, it is almost impossible to find how to get there, since the access road is blocked with a barrier. We called the owner and she came immediately, rode the car with us , and showed us in."

"Amazing experience, very authentic house, and beautiful garden. The hosts were very welcoming and shared a bit of the megrelian culture. Unfortunately, we had to leave earlier because of the flight. Otherwise, we would be very glad to stay longer. Will definitely come back!"
"Everything was great! Exceptional value for money! The staff was extremely kind and hospitable. The room was clean and silent. Although we stayed there in winter, the room was warm. The location was a 5-minute walk from the train station. It was not in the city center, but the taxi was cheap, so the distance was not a problem."

"A wonderful view from the window in the bathroom surprised me. You can view the mountains through it. The supper offered by the Jimsher Lady is wonderful. I highly recommend new guests to buy it. Hers is the best during my 4 days trip in Mestia. You can get hot water from the kitchen at the first floor. Meanwhile you will notice the Host lady is busy getting the big supper ready for her guests. It’s an unforgettable view. Your service made me feel wonderful and warmhearted. Thank you so much."
