"The hotel has pretty high standards to serve their tourists. And what is impressive that they keep up with this standards. As far as property I liked pretty much everything, that’s why I keep coming back, and I think it’s not only me. They have very good location I mean walking distance from the main Rustaveli avenue and subway. The rooms are comfortable and super clean, stuff is extremely friendly, they make you feel home. Food is delicious. They can pick you up and drop you off in airport. So to put it in one sentence they are trying their best to meet your expectations."

"Great location. Situated in a quiet neighborhood . Ample choices of restaurants nearby . Staff are great. Spacious room. Grocery stores are close by. In fact, there is one across the hotel. Walking distance to some main attractions in the city."

"There is a gap between one end of the shower tub and the wall which result to water dripping to the floor when showering. Not so accessible electronic charging by the bedside."

"Friendly, welcoming staff, spotlessly clean, great location and excellent communication. The perfect base for exploring Tbilisi. Breakfast was very simple, but plentiful, and was always well prepared and served with a smile. I had an issue with my original room booking not being suitable but this was easily resolved and change of room provided without any problem. We were very grateful to be able to leave luggage after check-out."

"A note for light sleepers - the room on the ground floor is very close to the road and did not have light blocking curtains. This meant the room would light up every time a car drove past. There is also the expected noise of traffic and people walking past, although this isn't the hotels fault. I was kindly moved to a room at the top of the hotel and it was absolutely perfect!"

"As soon as you walk in, it feels cozy and welcoming. The staff are super friendly and always ready to help. The beds were really comfy, the breakfast was tasty, and the Wi-Fi was fast."

"My room was nicely appointed with a spacious ensuite bathroom. I slept well in the comfortable bed and appreciated having a desk to sit at to plan my day. The staff was great, and the owner took time to greet me and tell a little about the compelling history of the hotel. I especially selected the hotel because it promised "free parking," which can often mean that you might find a free place to park on the street. But here they actually reserve a space or two directly in front of the hotel and also provide spaces in a lock garage just steps away. The breakfast included fresh fruit and vegetables, and they'll make your eggs to order."

"The hotel is located at the center of Tbilisi. The staff was very friendly and assisted us in any question we had. They also accommodated their kitchen for us since we had to leave early."

"Our room was in the third floor and the only access was through round stairs. Climbing those stairs with a heavy suitcase was not a nice experiment"

"I travel a lot, but I have never seen such a boutique hotel with a magnificent and very original design. Amazing service, very fast Wi-Fi, great mattress, cleanliness at the highest level, city center but very quiet and calm at night. I recommend it!"
