"We had a wonderful stay! First of all, Irma — the property administrator — is an absolute angel. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and available 24/7. She met us at the property, brought anything we needed (even umbrellas), and was always just around the corner, ready to help with a smile. Her positive attitude really made a difference. The location is unbeatable — right in the heart of the Old City. We could walk everywhere and never needed a taxi for any of the main attractions. The courtyard was also a highlight: an authentic Georgian dvorik where we enjoyed relaxing at the bench and table outside. And we absolutely adored the friendly cat who made the place feel like home. Would definitely recommend for anyone wanting to experience the real Tbilisi charm with amazing hospitality!"

"There’s a shared wall with the neighboring apartment, and noise travels through as if people are talking right in your room — it bothered us in the early morning when they were leaving. Ear plugs solved the problem though. The interior rooms have no windows, which didn’t bother us much since we were out most of the day, but it might not suit everyone. Also, when neighbors leave their lights on, it shines through the opaque glass partition into the room, making it quite bright at night. The courtyard was lovely — quiet, well-lit, and full of character — but the ground is uneven, so you need to watch your step. That said, it’s typical for the Old City charm!"

"First, what an excellent welcome from our host! She allowed us to check in early and check out late. Hugely accommodating and so friendly. We found the beds very comfortable. The apartment was nice and cool vs the heat outside. The apartment was well equipped (could do with bigger plates). We felt it was excellent value for money given the location."

"The hostess Irma was very helpful and friendly. In our first night a neighbor who stays in the room next to us make us fell uncomfortable but I have texted Irma in the middle of the night and she arrived and solved the issue. The area seems a little unsecure at first but thanks to Irma we felt very secure and welcoming in the house. The location is great for those who wants to go almost anywhere in Tbilisi by walking 15 minutes max. The property was very clean, new and usefull."
