"We stayed for one night before heading home. We had a room with a balcony and a शानदार view of the city and the mountains. The room was very cozy and beautiful. It even had disposable slippers, mini shampoo, and a menu. There is no private bathroom in the room, but since we were the only guests in the guesthouse, we had the bathroom on the floor all to ourselves. We ordered breakfast, and the hostess of the guesthouse prepared it for us. She was a very kind and lovely woman who served us a delicious meal! The owner also offered us a transfer to the airport. It was very convenient and cost no more than a Bolt ride. The guesthouse itself is located on a hill, on the other side of the river from the center. However, the center is still very close and within walking distance. Even closer is the Magnolia restaurant, which has the tastiest food in Kutaisi and the cheapest wine!"

"Such a lovely stay! The room was super cozy, very clean, and the bed so comfy. The big balcony has an amazing view over the whole city, I could’ve stayed there all day! The bathroom is shared with just one other room, which was totally fine. Perfect location, you can walk everywhere. The host was really kind and welcoming, and for the price it’s just unbeatable. "The house is a nicely renovated older building with a view from the balcony over the river, bridges, and cable car. Giorgi speaks English, which made communication easier, and he sent useful driving directions in advance. Breakfast was offered as an extra option. Overall, a comfortable stay."

"Every time we visit Kutaisi we stay here. The accommodation is very clean, the family that runs it is very nice and they speak perfect English. We have stayed in both rooms and both the triple and the double are recently renovated, with new furniture and confortable bed. The double also has a large balcony, with table and chairs where you can enjoy the fresh air or eat. The location is perfect, a few minutes walk from the center, in a quiet area. We have no doubt that this has been one of the best accommodations we have enjoyed in Georgia, and we hope to return in the future!"

"Amazing experience, very authentic house, and beautiful garden. The hosts were very welcoming and shared a bit of the megrelian culture. Unfortunately, we had to leave earlier because of the flight. Otherwise, we would be very glad to stay longer. Will definitely come back!"
"Everything was great! Exceptional value for money! The staff was extremely kind and hospitable. The room was clean and silent. Although we stayed there in winter, the room was warm. The location was a 5-minute walk from the train station. It was not in the city center, but the taxi was cheap, so the distance was not a problem."
