"Hi. Comfortable and cozy house with special decoration and unique atmosphere. Excellent access to public transport and supermarket and of course with a view of the cathedral. Both of our flights were at the end of the night and David was very accommodating and I thank her. You can take a bus (number 337) from the airport to Avlabari station and reach home in 5 minutes. Thank you for everything."

"Property is located in the heart of Avlabari - close to Sameba cathedral and 5-7 minutes walk from the metro station. You can reach the Old City within 10-15 minutes by foot. Interior is raw, artistic and cozy. Everything needed is provided by the property. Owner is polite and attentive person. We are very pleased for this finding, totally worth its money 🥰 Highly Recommended ✅✅"

"Everything was great! Place lokated near metro station Avlabari and it was very comfortable to move around. Appartment's style is very authetic and drawings on the wall actually amused us! Days spent here were really nice. Owner was very nice to us and we definitely would like to return here!"

"The atmosphere of the house was peaceful and authentic. It was warm and we were not cold at all. Although we arrived in Tbilisi at night, the owner was very helpful and let us in. The location is 20-25 minutes walking distance from Old Tibilisi. But it is very close to the Semabe Cathedral. Cheers :))"

"For first I really liked the location, it is very close to the old city and you can walk to it. there are grocery stores nearby.The interior of the house is quite comfortable and beautiful!!!"

"It was such a beautiful vintage property and the host was such an amazing person. We were supposed to reach the property at 2 am and he was there waiting for us at midnight. He handed over the keys and explained everything in the house. There was a fully furnished kitchen with everything you would ever need, a great washing machine, and a huge cutlery. The host was always instantly available on WhatsApp and replied very quickly to any query we had. The property also had a fireplace but we could not arrange the wood, so could not fire it, but would be lovely to do that. I would recommend staying here at least for some days to take the vintage Georgian vibes."
"The bathroom size was a bit small but that is part of the vintage house. The lights on the first floor(Bedroom) were less but in the daylight it was great."

"Everything was great! Exceptional value for money! The staff was extremely kind and hospitable. The room was clean and silent. Although we stayed there in winter, the room was warm. The location was a 5-minute walk from the train station. It was not in the city center, but the taxi was cheap, so the distance was not a problem."
