"My booking claimed I would be on the ground floor, but there are no ground floor units. Also, not all units will have a balcony as promised."
"The front desk was warmth, professional and very responsive; likewise the housekeeping staff. The fragrance of the facility was pleasant. The breakfast was nice but small in amount and choice. This is one improvement the Axis Suites needs to make."
