"The location was perfect. Far enough away from the noise of the city but close walking distance using the boardwalk or the main road to get to town. The views offered here were spectacular. First night there and was fortunate to see the northern lights over the water. Then got to experience watching icebergs float by at the end of our stay. Rooms were spacious. Shared bathrooms were not an issue. Kitchen was nice and living room area was also nice. Regine was so wonderful and attentive to our needs and appreciated her professionalism and care."

"The door handles could use some repair as they were loose and made lots of noise opening and closing when trying to be quiet. Some lights needed to be replaced. The exhaust fan in the upstairs bathroom doesn’t seem to be working. Need better pans for cooking as the two provided are incredibly too large and worn out. No salt or pepper in the sal/pepper mills (bought some and filled them up). Refrigerator needs to be defrosted (lots of ice buildup). Lastly, and a personal preference, the house was always really warm for us. Maybe 2 degrees cooler would be good and save some heating costs 😉"

"The location was phenomenal. Icebergs and nature views outside all windows.Close to everything, yet very quiet and private. We repeatedly saw Northern Lights from the front deck of Eagle View. Very clean, too."

"The property is in top notch shape, nice clean rooms, a great common area, well stocked kitchen, and good internet service. The owner allowed us to keep the luggage after checkout time. It turned out there were two washer/drier sets in the house, which was a nice surprise."

"One of the two washer/drier setups is in the same room with toilet and shower, so there is no way to use it while someone is in the restroom. The owner was not very responsive answering questions about exact location and the bathroom/bedroom ratio asked soon after booking."

"It felt like a comfortable and safe peaceful home area environment! The owners were friendly, helpful, and professional throughout my stay! The housekeeper was also very friendly and her work ethics are amazing! I also liked the fact that I could look out the bedroom window or lay down in bed and see the northern lights!"

"This property is located right on the water next to a park and close the boardwalk that leads to Old Nuuk and the Nuuk Water taxi. We loved the views from this location. You can walk to Nuuk Center or the Tide Water Steps (boat tours if windy) in about 30 minutes which is convenient. The room was spacious, there's a big bathroom upstairs with a nice shower, hot water and washer dryer. Downstairs there's a half bath and a big kitchen and living/eating space. There's a dishwasher and the entire place is kept very tidy the entire time. You get a key to both the room and the main building. The hosts are very nice and responsive on booking.com. We were very thankful for this! They helped us book a taxi back to the airport since we did not have cell service."

"There's only one shower for 5 rooms and this did get a little inconvenient but with the bathroom downstairs we were fine."
