"The people from the front desk are amazing, really helpful. They gave us towels for the beach, and beach chairs. They made our stay way better, including after checkout. The hotel has an almost private beach where they also gave us a beach umbrella, it was a paradise, all for us (we even saw manta rays). The location is perfect. Not far from the ferry, not far to nice beaches, not far from places to eat. The hotel is clean, nice rooms, nice bathrooms, they gave us complimentary waters and coffee in the room. Also, the hotel has a bar and a restaurant. At night it solved us having there something to eat having been all day out."

Everything in Turks and Caicos is expensive, and in North/Middle Caicos even more (that’s not the hotel). The restaurant of the hotel was good but expensive. It is a good alternative, even more if you don’t want to grab the car again, but I would check the prices before seating to see if they are ok for you.

"The dining area was a beautiful inner courtyard covered with grape vines and grapes! Very inviting and idyllic."

The rooms are a good size and there was a nice deck. The bathroom had a pretty strong mildew smell and the shower was quite weak.

"We stayed at Hotel Novak for one night due to family related situation. Room was spacious, beds very comfortable. They serve breakfast from 7 A.M. until 11 A.M. which we found very useful. Staff was great and very helpful."

There was a strange noise, I think from nearby Factory, which disturb good night sleep 😁.

"Perfect location, Great breakfast, Very stylish room, Great shower. Really friendly, helpful staff. Pool. Restaurant. with excellent food."

Breakfast (really good) starts at 8.30. Should at 6.30 or. 7.00. Sound isolation not too good. Instead of infrared could have been proper sauna.

"This was a nicely designed hotel, with spacious rooms. Conveniently located for Yala safari pickups. There was even a peacock to greet us every morning outside our balcony!"

Though the room was mostly clean, there were some stains on our sheets. The friendly staff quickly rectified this. When we had to leave early for our safari, there was no staff available on site to unlock the gate and we had to do a real life jailbreak from the hotel! Also the water is reliant on solar so you may have to have a cold shower on a cloudy/rainy day.

"We were exceptionally allowed to return after check out time to shower as our flight was later that night. We were also allowed to check in a couple hours before check in time as our flight was early that morning. The breakfast was great. Lots of variety. There should have been more fruit options though. The pool area was well kept and clean and so was the room. The staff were prompt and helpful."

It would have been nice if we were allowed to check out on a complimentary basis a couple hours later as our flight was at 7.50 pm.

"Great location - easy parking. Rooms were simple yet clean. Great water pressure and hot water. Heaters in the room. Friendly staff and good breakfast(homemade yoghurt, fruit compote, baked goodies. The dinner in the restaurant was delicious and well priced"

No wifi in the room. No power near the beds

"The family room was small, but had everything you need. The breakfast was delicious and the drink prices were reasonable. The best choice in the area. Evening village life is a separate show, unfortunately we couldn't find any entertainment nearby. And the wealthier residents instead gathered at our place of stay."

The first night we had trouble sleeping because at 3AM all the villagers started making noise (roosters, dogs, cats, turkeys, goats, sheep) but by the second and third we were already used to the village sounds.

"The location was just off the main street in a cool old building, and was walking distance from both the train station and the ferry. The room itself was comfortable with a good shower. My window overlooked the courtyard."

MANY stairs. No elevator. Rooms are a bit small.

“Unfortunately, some of the staff showed attitude, particularly 1 at the bar and another during breakfast service. Our server was not very friendly or helpful at first. Only after I made the effort to speak with her did her attitude improve. Better customer service would really improve the dining experience.”

"The resort is just next to a clean beach for breathing fresh air all of the times, has a clean swimming pool, pool side sitting area, bar selling drink options and snacks, kitchen offering different food options. There are only a few rooms here (5-6) so you can check availability for booking. There are many coconut trees at the facility and you can enjoy a great sunshine exposure at this place."

There was nothing that you don't like here as you are close to the pool and beach front. However, the place is situated at ELWA, a few km far from city, so you would need to get a taxi if you have business in Monrovia town (Sinkor or Clara town etc.)

"Location was convenient for access to the airport which was important to me. Breakfast was ok. Staff were nice and friendly. Room was comfortable and well appointment. The small pool deck and gym were nice inclusions."

A little more options and selection at the small shop they have on site would be good - maybe like some newspapers, fresh pastries or fruit would be nice to have.

"Such a beautiful location! The breakfast was just wonderful and the workers there were so kind and accommodating. We loved our room. We wish we could have stayed longer."

The only issue we had was that the water in the room was a little yellow. We were told that all the water on the island was that way, so I don’t think it could have been helped.

"I loved being right by the water on our balcony listening to the crashing waves. The swimming was excellent (other than when a group of young men stood with beer bottles in hand in the water, blocking the way on the clear path leading out beyond the stones). I liked the casual Caribbean “non trendy” room with good basic plumbing and windows that opened. I liked the availability of staff who asked if we needed anything."

Our room was next to the restaurant where there was noisy off-key karaoke (well really just yelling) on a couple of nights, making me have to shut my windows. I do not like to use AC (especially when temperatures never went above 28C) so it was a disappointment to have to close windows because of noise. I didn’t like the coffee in the room.
