"First of all, the Lodge is absolutely beautiful. We loved the architecture and attention to detail in every corner. The service was excellent, and the staff were very warm and welcoming, especially Allan who made us feel truly cared for. "The location and the pool. There sauna is not working anymore and that’s sad because they used to have a nice spa. I learned that you can still book a massage. I like that they keep the parking free for costumers! Please do not change that."

Some details need to be changed, seams old. The shower was small for my husband and there was only one bottle of water inside the friedge ( we booked for 2 people). They charge me a security fee but there is nothing inside the room to eat. All those things are wired.

"We had a very pleasant stay. The reception team was outstanding: Mesut welcomed us with tea, explained everything in detail, helped arrange transfers, and suggested several itineraries (always in a non-intrusive way). He speaks excellent English. Enes, was equally attentive and efficient, quickly resolving any issues (TV, hairdryer, etc.) and always checking that everything was fine. The housekeeping staff were consistently warm and friendly, and kept the room very clean without ever disturbing us. At breakfast, the lady was very kind and did her best to accommodate all our requests. The hotel is very peaceful, with a fantastic view and location, and is well suited for families with children."

"The best hotel option in Rosseau. The breakfast buffet was excellent, although not inexpensive ($25 USD). Several bars located throughout the property, with the pool bar being our favorite. The lobby and new part of the building look great. We did a few dives with the dive shop located on site and they are excellent!"

The older part of the hotel is dated and not as nice as the newer part. The cruise ships dock right outside the hotel, which takes away from your view of the ocean and adds 2,000+ people to an already busy city. The pool, although nice and surprisingly not busy during our stay, is undersized. The city of Rosseau is not nice, overpopulated, and unbearable to drive through. There is no need to leave the resort.

Lobby area by bar or library carpet looks dirty or filthy -needs newer carpet or change color to brighten the room , I was bitten a lot by mosquitoes while I was seated at the lobby for few minutes, I told the front desk and showed them my mosquito bites and they seem like no clue what I was saying. Hallways to the room needs some updates looks old but it’s fine, it’s clean.

I was able to call and they were able to open the doors after I woke them up and accommodated me but it's quite a surprise if it says 24 hours front desk and then it actually isn't..."

Way too expensive for what is offered, having in mind the resort next door charges the same for all-inclusive. The dinner options (which was included in my rate) were also very limited, especially if you’re picky with food, or have some dietary restriction. The breakfast options were okay but nothing to rave about.

"Excellent hotel inside Aiprot just above arrival and departure area so you dont have to worry about cab getting stuck in traffic while reaching airport (especially Jakarta traffic). And also extremely safe being inside airport plus a ton of food choices and also lots of convienience stores around, So everything you need plus the added tension free location to catch a flight."

"Very helpful staff - they would coordinate taxi rides at good prices using a local app, and explain things to the driver in French. Really good food - loved the delicious green beans and the mixed vegetables. Also really enjoyed the unusual tuna omelette. Walkable location on quiet road, close to many beach bars, Good value stay."

The WiFi network has many overlapping networks with different numbers (Hotel Aurore 2, Hotel Aurore 4, etc.), and none of them would stay consistently online. At one point I was able to do 20 minutes of streaming, but at many other times I could not do photo uploading. If they could get a solid WiFi connection all under a single network, this would be a huge upgrade. The jacuzzi was not actually heated when I checked. I was in two sizes of rooms, and the A/C seemed to do a pretty good job in the smaller one, but struggled to cool the room in a triple room, which may reflect the size of the room vs. the A/C output. The shower did not actually work when I first arrived (though they were able to fix that within about 15 minutes.) Even when fixed, the shower water got lukewarm, not hot.

The only thing makes it lose points is that the electricity generator group is too close to the apartment area. In the night it disturbs sleep even though the windows are closed.

"We stayed at Chankam Boutique Hotel for 10 days and had a truly exceptional experience from beginning to end. The hotel’s location is ideal, within easy walking distance of markets, great restaurants, and plenty of massage studios right nearby. Breakfast was consistently excellent, fresh, and health-focused, which we really appreciated. What truly made our stay special, however, was the staff. Every team member was kind, professional, and remarkably attentive to detail. They genuinely went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and made us feel welcomed throughout our stay. No hot shower, which was inconvenient. Noisy installations that affected comfort (water pump, no well isolated for insects) The check-in process was a bit complicated, but since it's a family-run business, we were understanding.

Decently walkable area, multiple restaurants are nearby, mall is maybe 10 min walk. cultural village is further but still walkable, can also access Sheba’s breast hike from there."

Disappointed with how breakfast servers expect tip for them brining the coffee to you. If you don't tip them one day, they won't even ask you for coffee the other day. That behavior from a 5 star hotel was disgusting. The shower massage did not work. I stayed in two rooms but it was not working in any of the rooms. The bidet was leaking. You just don't expect such things from a 5 star. Being a 5 star hotel they don't carry a first aid box. I was shocked when they told me the don't have first aid when I needed something. A small organization of 15 people have first aid and this was a well branded 5 start hotel.
