"The room is very spacious and is basically a whole apartment with bathroom, living room, dining room, kitchen and varanda. The decoration is cozy and elegant, all in good taste. There is a small commercial area with bakery, mini market, restaurant, beauty salon, self-service laundry, and child care."

We stayed in the room above the restaurant and it was a bit noisy (chairs and tables being dragged around) during clean-up at 11:30 pm. The bathroom lacked lighting above the shower and hooks to hang the hand towels... and the towels were a bit worn out.

"The property is clean and organized. Most facilities are up to date. The staff is super friendly and helpful."

For personal preference, I did not enjoy that the property did not have a coffee bar area with espressos, lattes,etc. Also, I would’ve like for the souvenir shop to offer more variety in cultural snacks and drinks. Water and fountain drinks were limited for purchase:

"The location is pristine!!! Isolated island with no villages, stores etc. The water is so blue and you have a chance to swim with whales"

A bit pricey, especially the meals.

"It was out in the countryside where it was peaceful. It was also near Dalhalla where I attended a concert."

No taxis nearby and no shuttle service to/from the train station. Their shuttle was in the shop the week I was staying there.

"Close to the airport so for us a good place to stay the first night in Namibia. The room was fine and we slept well. Quiet and clean. We appreciated the gym. Good breakfast and dining options."

"Amazing views, right on Crocodile River and the bridge leading up to Malelane Gate. Staff were very cordial, polite and did their best to cater to our queries and needs. They even had our breakfast packed on the Saturday morning when we had planned to go to Kruger early. Our accommodation was also very nice, with all necessary amenities. Food options for dinner and other meals were excellent, including buffet and a la carte. Bar was nice too. Spa was excellent."

"The property offers access to a very nice and almost empty beach and has a large outdoor pool. Staff are nice and welcoming. They allowed us a late checkout. The food is good, although a bit pricey."

It is in Kigamboni, really far away from everything and the location pin on booking is at the wrong place, most likely by intention (we confronted the staff - they all knew and gave erratic responses. They play music on weekends, beware, the volume is obnoxious and no one seems to enjoy that. The rooms are very dated and are not worth the money they charge.

The foir when arriving 35 min before closing time. Most was gone.

Thr bed is to soft... but one of two nights for my back it's not so bad.

"I loved the small details they do for you. The night team does turn down. They leave a little surprise snack for you. Nothing gets even close to their hospitality. Everyone and management is amazing. This is my 2nd time going and I will never stay anywhere else but with them."

I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this place.

"The hotel is located very close to the beach, you can also use the outdoor and indoor pool. The indoor pool is especially nice when the weather is colder. The price also includes a nice wellness. It is great to have the option to buy lunch and dinner. All the food was excellent."

As a person who is lactose intolerant, would have been good if you had plant based milk, as you see in Baku and it is available.

We stayed two nights in overwater bungalow, lively, then two nights in beach bungalow, also lovely, except no coffee maker, only tea. When we asked if we could get a coffee maker, we're toldtbeyareonly available to over water bungalows. 😪

"This is a massive resort, but one of the fanciest places with the most well trained staff we have ever been to. Exceptionally helpful and kind, excellent architecture throughout the whole facility. We took out we ATV and dune buggy on a couple of trips which was awesome. It rained most of the time we were there, but there is plenty to do. A full of five star resort and experience."

We came in early March, definitely their low season. This place would be incredible during the summer season when the beach and pools are open
