"Nuuk is overall small and very walkable, but I thought the location of this hotel was perfect as it was less than five minutes away from the main street while still being fairly close to the docks/water areas. The room had everything we needed. I loved the view of the street and the mountains, the room had a large window right up against the bed! Staff was very friendly and helpful. The included breakfast had a good selection. The wifi worked perfectly the entire time we were there, probably the best wifi in Nuuk! The breakfast area is connected to the check-in area, and it all basically turns into a cafe during the day. While waiting for our transportation back to the airport, we were able to order a drink and just hang out for a few hours. There is also a very secure luggage room where we kept our bags after check-out."

"It wasn't a problem for us, but the room is very tiny! We had to be strategic about where we kept our bags as to not step on anything. The cafe was a great space to kill some time before our flight, but the bathrooms are locked away in the basement and require staff to open doors for you."

"United cancelled our flight back Sunday, July 6th to Newark airport and Greenland Air booked all the hotel rooms in Nuuk, including both HHE. Either airline were much help and left us on our own. Semisi at the front desk helped us arrange another hotel apartment in Nuuk, to accommodate our party of 4. She was an exceptional help finding another hotel, HHE was far more helpful than both United and Greenland Air."

"The mattress and pillow was not as comfortable as other hotels. Could use a mattress foam or a thicker mattress and additional pillow."
