"Location was very close to main street but far enough away to be nice and quiet."

"Procedure to access credit card for payment needs to be synchronized between reception and card holder, so that unlocking card will allow access for payment. This will stop bank alarms and notifications preventing the transaction from happening. The threat of cancellation and validity of card was a repeated result of lack of timing between access for payment and the security of when to relock credit card."

"We loved our stay in Batsi. Seems to be a little hidden treasure. The hotel was within walking distance to everything. They were gavibf difficulty with their credit card machine so we had to pay cash. They were very generous and extended our checkout until 2pm."

"Close to everything, Maistrali are two nice looking traditionally rendered blocks of budget studios, located in a quiet dead end laneway back two streets from the beach front. It's a great place as you can pop back to your studio to have a snack or a nap, then return refreshed to the beach or one of the lovely shops or to the many places to eat. The communal grassed area is well kept, with a shaded outdoor seating area, good location to watch children playing. Our studio had views towards the water and hillside, was tidy and clean, had a good size fridge, functional bathroom and air-conditioner to budget standard. Were able to sleep often without air conditioning at night as the valley has a natural cool breeze this time of year. Perfect."

"Wifi poor, but good enough for emails, searches for Ktel bus timetable and a bit of YouTube. Suggest visiting a cafe on the beach front for better wifi. Could see rubbish bins are emptied often on the beach front. But big bins located at the edge of car park (back street Chryssi Akti end) have no specific recycling bin. Would be good to have a recycling bin visible and close to beach front like those on the main road."

"Maistrali is in a great position for reaching either end of the bay and a couple of minutes stroll to the beach. Pretty garden. Our studio was spacious with a big balcony. Lots of power sockets! All we needed was a kettle so we were set. Bed was firm but comfortable. Fresh towels supplied 3 times over a 4 night stay. Nice and clean. Breakfast was simple but with sone variations day to day. Loved the mixed salad and mixed fresh fruit. Hosts and the breakfast/room lady were all lovely."

"There could be a foldable table attached to the wall under the mirror. The clean plates and cutlery are kept under the sink, which is not hygienic and unappetizing to to use. the owners of the facility should consider installing a small cupboard on top of the sink to keep any usable plates, cutlery, cups, mugs and glasses in it."
