"Comfortable bed, clean room, good food. Private beach, water is very clear and nice for swimming. Easy ample parking."

"Room let in a lot of traffic noise - even with slider door closed. Need double pane / noise reduction doors. In the spa area, the indoor pool is cold water. They are misleading people in making it sound like hot water. They also were dishonest in saying dinner buffet includes drinks, then charging for a bottled water. They need to change their language to say it only includes tap water. The hostess is fairly fluent in English so I think this was dishonesty, not a mistake. The path to the water from lounge chairs (“sun beds”) should be maintained to be more comfortable. There should be a non-smoking area - not all guests are used to inhaling second hand smoke and it’s very harmful to our health. Need a better drinks menu - though bartender did make a regular cocktail when I asked, instead of the weak sweet drinks on the menu."

"There is very little there to do for families with little children, the playground is not suitable for little kids, despite checking in advance and having been told that there was a kids club, it was in fact not working during our stay, only on the weekends. The AC also didn't work. The heated pool is still not warm enough to enjoy."

"Hotel territory is a piece of art, all those plants smells and looks great and made us relax. Restaurant is amazing too, food quality is a top, great selection of meats, fish, vegetables and fruits. Overall, would love to return Beach is a great place, water is very clean, nice entertainment for kids (we might come again with them), unexpectedly solid variety of fish for snorkeling (for Mediterranean)."

"Great resort for rest snd relaxation. Breakfast offers a wide range of food and drinks and the view is incredible. We were there at the end of September and never experienced shortage of sunbeds at the pool nor at the private beach. Staff is attentive and helpful. Grounds are well maintained and inviting. The corner sea view room is large and comfortable."

"There are four buildings in the ground. However if you want a full sea view you will be better off not in building 1 as it is right on a busy highway. It was not a problem for us as we spent most of the day outside and at night we used the ac with closed windows but if you like to sit and relax on your balcony the noise from the street might not be ideal."

"Service and maintenance were very disappointing. Our first room wasn’t prepared as requested and the toilet smelled of urine. Check-in was inaccurate. After moving rooms, the air-conditioning was noisy and the maintenance person simply lowered the fan and said, “keep it like this, it is what it is.” Before arrival we requested late check-out and were told it costs €60 subject to availability. On checkout day we were told the hotel was fully booked and late check-out was impossible (even though Booking.com still showed several rooms of our type available). Instead, the receptionist offered only the option to pay for a full extra night, a move that felt deceptive and disrespectful."
