"The staff really was doing their best to make us comfortable. And it's probably the best place to stay if you're in El Estor. AC works. Hot water in the shower. Clean towels and sheets. Basic but sufficient."

"The place is beautiful, calm and nice. The beds are comfortable and the amenities good. The staff is very kind and helpful. We needed to connect my grandma's insulin cooler to a power source, but there was no electricity in the hotel. The receptionist helped me by turning on a power generator, and provided an extension to our room so we could plug in the cooler."
"It was difficult to find this location as you can only access it from 1 way if you are not traveling in a 4x4. The night we stayed, there was a blackout in the town, so we had no air conditioning and the temperature was high! You need a Guat phone number if you want to call a delivery, or a tourism agency, because the hotel doesn't have a phone line."
