Positive point:

"The apartment is clean and equipped as shown in the photos. I enjoyed swimming in the well-kept and well-maintained pool. I could also do laundry, as there is a washing machine (shared)."

Negative point:

"The pot could have been replaced with a newer one, but that doesn't affect my rating as it is still functional."
