The overnight staff member, I could have hugged him he was so kind to me when I came in sick from the bus ride. The location is near the main plaza with good restaurants and stores within a 2-4 min walk and about a 10 min walk to Lake Titicaca where the boats are. Great room for the price and breakfast was good too."

"Great location, very quiet. Nice clean room, it was cleaned every day. It is our second visit and for shure we will return! At 5 minutes walking distance there is a bus that takes you to Budapest and arrives in the center in maximum 30 min."

On the second day there was a slight smell in the bathroom but nothing too serious , a little plumbing will sort that out !

The location isn’t the best, but far from restaurants and center (30mins walk max, it’s ok during winter but won’t be so enjoyable during summer)

Traffic was a bit heavy getting there but we loved the scenery.

"The location was perfect! They had everything you needed to make for a relaxing weekend! Lots of areas to lounge by the pool and enjoy a relaxing drink or good book."

The pool chairs could be cleaned a bit more frequently. They were stained.

"The staff of the hotel was very welcoming and helpful. They checked in on us to make sure that everything was satisfactory with the room. They brought us more supplies and left them on the door while we were out. They even called a cab for us when it was time to leave. It was about a 10-minute walk into downtown Charlestown. We had breakfast at Cafe Des arts on the ground to the Alexander Hamilton museum every morning. Getting to Pinney Beach took a little longer than we expected. The first time we walked there. The walk was long a pretty busy road and as typical in this part of the world, there were no sidewalks. The next time that we went to the beach, we hired a taxi for about $12 US. There are lots of good restaurants and bars on Pinney Beach to enjoy."

This review is written with a full understanding of what life and accommodations look like in the islands. There are some things like only warm and not hot water or low water pressure that would be unacceptable if I were staying at a property in the US or Europe. Just understand when you choose accommodations in the islands water and electricity are often out of the venues hands.

The rooms were a little dark. It would be nice, at breakfast, if they told you that you could order eggs. We didn't learn until we asked on day 3.

The room didn't look well maintained

"The studio was self-contained, it had a kitchen, dining table, outdoor seating with table. In other words, everything I needed. The staff members were very helpful. The location was quiet. In Dili, it is easy to get around via mikrolet buses or taxis. There were shops and restaurants within easy walking distance."

There wasn't anything I didn't like. It wasn't advertised as a "luxury" hotel and the quality was fine. You can get a data SIM card outside the airport when you arrive. If you need wifi you can buy a mini modem and put the SIM card in the modem instead of your phone.

Impossible to find, no sign, it's tucked in around the building with many other businesses. Had multiple locals trying to help me find it. Google maps want any help either

The rooms are quite small, and could be refreshed. Plumbing is antiquated, but functional.
