"If Jonas is there you will have a good stay. He was the best part of the hostel, creating a great vibe, linking people up and creating great chill out session in the evening on the balcony. He was very responsive to Whatsapp messages and made it a comfy stay. I also really enjoyed the large showerheads in the bathroom, it was a surprising touch of luxury in the hostel. One thing it's important to remember is space is a premium in Hong Kong so all places are small. The rooms and even the common areas of the hostel are small but that is just a feature of visiting Hong Kong. The location was amazing. Staying in Kowloon I think is nicer and easier to get around than Central district but we were right next to a key MTR station, tons of shops and a short walk to the Star Ferry terminal. And you have a view of a huge park from the balcony so you still have that feeling of trees and green space."

"Urban Pack is a must-stay for solo travelers looking to swap the tourist traps for the "real" Hong Kong. I arrived alone but quickly bonded with a great group of guests, and we spent our nights exploring the city's party hotspots, and cracking some beers with some world class views. The hostel itself has a blancony on the 15th floor over some greenerg It is the perfect balance of a social atmosphere and expert-led adventure. If you want a curated, high-energy HK experience, Urban Pack is the place to be."

"It is easily accessible via the MRT, making getting around HK super easy. Also very easy to get to/from airport via the AirPort Express. Also on the main thoroughfare. And anytime you need a break from the hustle and bustle of HK, Kowloon Park is right across the street providing much needed respite."

"The lack of daily cleaning. The main trash was never emptied the 5 nights I stayed there. I don’t think the hand towels next to the sinks were changed daily either. It has great potential to be better."

"It's quite modern, clean and my floor even had a small balcony. I really enjoyed my stay after switching to the 8-bed dorm. IMPORTANT TIP: Don't book the 4-bed male dorm or one of the economy rooms, they are in a separate and badly maintained building. This probably explains the mixed reviews 👍🏼"
