"Spread out nicely. The staff is fantastic! Multiple places to hang out. We were 4, but 7-8 would be comfortable."

Coming back to open windows after cleaning. No screens means more chance of creepy crawlies getting in.

"*We loved the renovation especially the extension to include a glass dining room/summer room. *Having 3 bathrooms *The privacy *Gardens *Location to the bus stop into Andorra la Vella, walking distance to the gondola and village centre. *Beautiful views especially from the summer room. *Plenty of cleaning products beneath the kitchen sink *Plenty of room for our group of 10 adults *Great communication with the owner. We would definitely stay again and would love to give a 10/10 marking. To do this going forward we would not want to encounter any issues with those noted below. Plus one suggestion would be for wood/pellets for the fires to be offered at an additional cost."

*On arrival only one clear entry to the property. The side garden by the parking space needed a clear pathway of the snow and the steps up from the front garden needed a build up of mud clearing off to level them and again a clear pathway of snow leading from the end of the Princessa Park pathway that led to the garden. *We had an issue with some of the bed pillows having seen better days, however one little message to the owner and they were replaced with new ones. *NO WASHING MACHINE as advertised. This created an issue as two guests brought limited clothing with intentions of washing their clothes on holiday. *No toilet brushes - really unpleasant if the toilet bowl needed cleaning.

"The host Greg answered all of our questions and was always available for help! The bedrooms are fair sized and all with bathrooms which is fantastic. The house has many great amenities."

Communal seating arrangements could be better / cosier, as well as outside space would be amazing with a terrace! Sauna had limited hours that we can't control, but is what is!

"A novel setting for a stay surrounded by nature yet very convenient to beach, food, and Cahuita town center. The A/C in the master was very much appreciated on the muggy nights. The kitchen is very well equipped for those who want to cook. Topo is a wonderful host."

Nothing significant. Probably not ideal for those who are more nature averse in their accommodation choices.

"We had a very spacious appartment. The location is amazing you can walk everywhere and start cross country skiing right at the appartment. For us it was a very nice stay and we would come again!"

Overall the appartment came into the years a little bit. Some lights were not working so well for example, the sauna was hard to get very hot and the fan in the bathroom did not work. We did not mind very much but maybe there should be some maintenance works done in the nearer future.

Cockroaches, but it wasn't because of cleaning, but it is about the country and the garbage outside the houses

"Great accommodations for my solo travels on this trip- the location is convenient with quick access to a convenient store, grocery store, museum, beach, and main road. It was nice to stay close, but far enough away from Papeete, to not deal with the traffic as much. The courtyard has beautiful plants, cute chickens, and welcoming staff & vibe. Room is comfortable with A/C and fan, too."

Just a small suggestion, not a biggie- just wish they had complimentary coffee in the morning!

"The owner was very friendly and bi-lingual, which was a plus. She prepared us a delicious dinner and breakfast (charged separately from the room rate). The views of Antananarivo from the property are spectacular. Worth the effort to get up to this place if you can!"

"A beautiful two-story house with two bedrooms on the top floor, each with its own bathroom. All maintenance, cleaning and meals are provided by the Casa de Cafe hotel. Probably the most comfortable accommodation in Copan ruinas. The price of accommodation is quite adequate. highly recommended."

The choice of food is very limited in the offer for breakfast and lunch, the prices are a bit high, but the quality of the food is very good. The sockets are far from the bed.

"Treasured the breathtaking expansive black sand beach surrounded by mountains and basically having it to ourselves. Peacefulness. Roberto (and his cute dogs) are attentive hosts. He proudly provided a fine dining experience. This was a very natural experience in the outdoor bungalow, beach and tropical grounds compared to the large chain resorts that we normally stay at. Loved the very memorable two days there and great overall value."

My daughter and I do not have anything to complain about. The beautiful beach water was warm but be very cautious of strong currents and dips that easily take you down...only went into my calf area.

"Fantastic location and great and comfortable stay. We rented two units between two families and we couldn’t ask for better accommodations. It is well suited for staying there a week or longer. It has all the cooking utensils and lots of room to spread out. This is our second year at the same place and we couldn’t ask for better place to enjoy TCI!!!"

There were a few problems with the units when we first came in. Shower didn’t drain, AC remotes were not working but all were taken care of by the caretaker Earnest who was very attentive and took care of all the issues very promptly.

"We loved the cute little house. It was tastefully remodeled, modern, clean and had all the amenities. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking and the washer and dryer is a nice addition. Wish we could stay longer. Highly recommend!"

"Lisbeth/Patrick was very friendly, helpful in many ways, easy to communicate. The one bedroom villa is nice and comfortable for two adults. It is just has perfect location, in 5 minutes walking distance to everything you need ( beach, supermarket, restaurants, bus stops….) We going to recommend it to our friends with confidence and come back ourselves."

"Great location, loved the customer service and the price is very competitive. The beds were comfortable and loved the fact that we could watch the African Cup of Nations on TV. The place is very clean. Really loved that."

While not the fault of the house, the Unexpected Electricity outages were inconvenient. Long terms measures could include a back up generator or battery storage. Would also be good to have toilet papers in the toilets, not everyone is a big fan of using water. I had to purchase my own toilet papers. Hot water didn't seem to work.

"Everything about the space was great, the location is very quiet and next to the ocean. The private dock was an absolute treat. The house was clean and well thought out. Lots of detail was put into the property and we really enjoyed it."

The ants were a problem, but that just happens in Bermuda anyway. We sprayed some bug spray and they died down. The wind was sometimes a problem and some of the outside furniture was not secured. But im assuming this got fixed fairly quickly.

"Location in quiet area but still very close to the city center with many shops 24/7 nearby. Nice & comfy bedroom with AC and refrigerator- especially important in August :-). Additional benefit was the balcony, but the view was not spectacular. Breakfasts were very tasty and the view from dining room was very nice (8th floor)."

Just minor disadvantages: no power sockets available for charging in the bedroom, cash payment only. No hooks in the bathroom and towels I think shall be replaced after each 2-3 days.
