"Rooms were clean, Food was mouth watering, location is great, staff is also very helpful and soft spoken, they provided me a cab for sightseeing that too on a great price. thanks hotel Ruby for a home away from home feeling, will recommend this property to everyone."

"The service was beyond outstanding at the Hyatt Regency Amritsar. At all levels. The front of house manager and team, the guest relations team, the housekeeping, the restaurant team. All really fantastic. The hotel was very clean and spotless despite being nearly completely full each night we stayed. One great advantage of the Hyatt is the complimentary bus to and from Sri Harmandir Sahib (the golden temple) twice a day subject to availability (book early). Very impressed with the food, the rooms, the service, the security. Great hotel!!"

"Good location not too far from old Pune city. Room was excellent, clean and good facilities. Staff were very helpful. Good selection for breakfast which was freshly prepared. The hotel is on quite a busy road, so walking to restaurants and cafes in Koregaon Park a little tricky as you have to cross the road."

"The hotel is at the top of a hill with a breathtaking view of the lake over the infinity pool. There's a lot of local art that really makes the place magical. Maybe a silly detail: the hand soap provided in the bedrooms is the best smelling soap I have ever encountered in my life. I wish I could buy some for my house! The spa was also a great experience and fairly affordable."
