"Personal who took our luggage to the room he just was concerned up to the tip ,took his tip and did not care to my requested service, the Lobby manager does not say welcome or Namestay but moves like a owner of the Facility and felt different than VIVANTA where we stayed in Bhuvneshwar, and in ITC Maurya we stayed after this Hotel. Your staff does not easily pickup phone and when phone was answered it says no vacancy, or pick up and they quote very high price, but I found at the same time ,online lots of availability and price reasonable on line than the ridiculous price lobby manager quoted me. Lobby manager seemed unhappy that he had to honor my booking."
