"First thing the name of the hotel is different from the online name.I found very difficult to find the hotel and when myself and my driver called the reception for the correct location they didn't guide.The staff did not speak in local language and even in english.he knows only ok yes and no.I can speak English and Telugu well but I found very difficult for communication."

"The hotel is located about 15 min walk from the Metro Station, and US Visa application Centre. It is also close to Medicover Hospital. The premises are maintained very neatly. The rooms spacious and clean. The linen was clean. Essential toiletries were provided. There was a kettle and materials for making tea and coffee made available. The front desk staff were polite and helpful. Only breakfast is available in the restaurant in the premises. The breakfast was very good with a choice between North and South Indian dishes."

"AC worked fine. Room was big. Cupboards had cloth hangers in them. Sofa chair for one person."
"The pillow covers had crease on them and some hair, from use by previous guest or someone. Needed to ask the staff to change the bedsheets and pillow covers, which took a long time. Pillows were good. They did not have dry towels, which again took long time before I could take a shower. It wasn't clear if toilet had been cleaned after previous guest. The soap bottle by the wash basin was broken. Shower had good pressure and warm water but the tap which switches between tap/shower was broken and difficult to switch. The foot mat kept outside bathroom was too dirty."
