"The hotel is truly beautifully designed — pure vacation vibes. The pool is definitely the heart of the property, and it’s a great place to relax. The rooms are well equipped, and everything was very, very clean during our stay. Overall, it’s a real feel-good place for couples as well as families. A special shout-out to the staff: everyone was consistently friendly, professional, and genuinely trying their best."

"The service sometimes felt like an “American-style script” — a lot of talking, but not much clear, practical information. As a guest, it became tiring to listen to it all, and the check-in process took far too long. The food at the hotel restaurant was mixed as well. The Indian dishes felt overpriced and the naan bread was very dry. The Italian pasta, however, was authentic and reasonably priced. Unfortunately, we couldn’t eat the mousse au chocolat, as it was nothing like what it should be in taste and texture."
