"Property is so welcoming, cozy and comfortable. The bed was the best one I've slept in years. Staff is super friendly, breakfast fresh and homemade. Rooms and facilities are sparkly clean and they were generous giving us waters."

The shower could be improved

"The Apartments are located in the nice area, in the mountain village, so the surrounding is beautiful. The breakfast is such a unique experience, composed of homemade goodies, nicely delivered by the friendly staff (i would definitely recommend trying it)."

The bathroom was in the apartment, divided from the rest of the room by a sanded glass only, which does not reach the ceiling, with no special ventilation.

"The location on the peninsula was great- quieter than being on the island and close to other interesting sites like the recently discovered Mayan ruins than are now being excavated. It was perfect for relaxing. The host and staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast and dinner were available on site and there were also a couple of other restaurants close by."

The stairs in the hotel were very steep. If you are with a child or an elderly person, it will be difficult to climb the floors.

"The staff (and manager specifically) went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful stay, even going out of his way to help us get transportation to our next destination. It was clean, comfortable and had lots of great outdoor seating, especially the top floor balcony, which you can see the ocean from."

The igloo itself was warm, surprisingly spacious, and the big glass window made the whole experience feel special. Being able to lie in bed and watch the northern lights drift across the sky was the absolute highlight. It’s the kind of moment you don’t forget. The staff were friendly and the whole place had that cosy Lapland charm that makes you feel far away from everything in the best possible way."

"Owner is a kind and jolly fellow. He sings songs very well. We sang John Lennon, Beatles, Queen, Bob Dylan during breakfast. Breakfast was very nice, he prepared local veg cuisines for us and buffet menu has several items. He is straightforward in approach. Nice for the given price range."

"Cozy, all amenities are available, the hospitality of the staff, Mr. Hassan slogan is just enjoy, he facilitates everything even playing with the kids on the shore or indoor activities as table tennis and billiards. The room which is big and well furnished, the sea view, Chief Hassan and Mohammed, used to prepare the most delicious meals with Egyptian taste, the facility offers Kayak for coral reef’s snorkeling, night relaxing fire place seating."

"Worth the 4km off-road from the main road on the way to Wadi Rum (and/or as complementary day to the Wadi Rum experience). Compared to Wadi Rum, this experience was calm and authentic outside of the touristic paths. it's a beautiful spot, Jaffar and Julie cooked wonderful food and we had a good evening chat. Sukran!"

A bit warm in those small rooms, but if you leave the door open, the breeze helps a lot.

"Really good central location but quiet at night. Rooms are good with all necessary amenities. Great views from the top floor. The staff is extremely helpful and kind. They kept our bags when we went up to Sarangkot for a couple of days. Highly recommend."

"The room is clean and huge in size. Even the location is good for accessing shops and restaurant and not far from the center."

As I enter the room, there is a strong smell of smoke. They need to ensure that the room is properly ventilated so that the smoke odour doesn't linger. Additionally, they don't provide soap or shampoo in the bathroom. It can also be quite exhausting to stay in a hotel with steep stairs and no elevator.
