"The location on the peninsula was great- quieter than being on the island and close to other interesting sites like the recently discovered Mayan ruins than are now being excavated. It was perfect for relaxing. The host and staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast and dinner were available on site and there were also a couple of other restaurants close by."

I didn't receive the room what I booked. During my stay(4 days), nobody came in to clean or to take the garbage. Didn't worth the price.

"The guesthouse is located in the heart of the historic district on the main road. It was easy to locate and free parking was provided at the back of the building. The bed and pillows were comfortable and we slept well. All the town's major sights (and an awesome waterpark) are located nearby and easily reached by foot. Breakfast was good. Highly recommend - would stay again."

Would have liked a bar fridge in room bit of a pain going to communal kitchen for drinks.

"Absolutely lovely guesthouse in the city a block from the waterfront--a few minutes drive from anywhere in the capital. Easy street (sidewalk really, lol) parking right outside the gate. Room was spacious and comfortable with great A/C. The pool and lounge areas were wonderful to rest and reset, and the breakfast was good. All the staff were kind and helpful, and I had a great stay. I would return again!"

The wifi wasn't very consistent, but I had a local sim chip, so I was fine.

"Property is so welcoming, cozy and comfortable. The bed was the best one I've slept in years. Staff is super friendly, breakfast fresh and homemade. Rooms and facilities are sparkly clean and they were generous giving us waters."

The shower could be improved

"Apartment really close to all attractions in Prishtine, lots of cafes and restaurants nearby."

The apartment is on very busy street and is quite loud event in the night.

The stairs in the hotel were very steep. If you are with a child or an elderly person, it will be difficult to climb the floors.

"The room is clean and huge in size. Even the location is good for accessing shops and restaurant and not far from the center."

As I enter the room, there is a strong smell of smoke. They need to ensure that the room is properly ventilated so that the smoke odour doesn't linger. Additionally, they don't provide soap or shampoo in the bathroom. It can also be quite exhausting to stay in a hotel with steep stairs and no elevator.

"Excellent location and really cool art decor throughout the hotel. The room was perfect, the pool was great, the WiFi was fast and consistent and the hotel staff were very friendly. We will definitely be staying here again next time we’re in Asunción!"

Breakfast was exactly what we needed to kick the day off - including fruits and yogurt plus the tea/coffee. We enjoy every minute of our stay at Hostal Solor. There are quite a few grocery stores and restaurants close to the Hostal, it's just a 10 mins walk to city center."

Everything was great.

"Amazing location! As soon as you step out of the cabaña you are literally in the red desert. Very friendly and helpful staff. Brayam (the host) was willing to help with everything and adjusted all communication and explanations to the level of basic Spanish we spoke."

A mosquito net should be added to the room. We had our own so were not bothered, but you do need one. While the host was extremely helpful, he asked for tip when dropping us in Villavieja at the end of our stay. While he is of course free to ask, we already ate twice at the hostel restaurant and booked transport to the gray desert with him. All in, we already spend quite some pesos (and still happy with that), but it just felt a bit off to then ask for even more.

As in a lot of places the wifi sometimes doesn't work but that is not specifically for this place though. I blame Africell 😊

The food was excellent with creative and new menu being developed daily. We loved the fresh bread daily and crepes, we definitely looked forward to our meals every time! Patrick and Naik were attentive to all our needs and made us feel very comfortable!"
