"Property is so welcoming, cozy and comfortable. The bed was the best one I've slept in years. Staff is super friendly, breakfast fresh and homemade. Rooms and facilities are sparkly clean and they were generous giving us waters."

The shower could be improved

"Staying at this family-run hotel in Wadi Rum was a truly special experience. The owners' hospitality makes us feel instantly welcome. Our room was surprisingly spacious, a real treat considering the stunning desert landscape surrounding us. Waking up to that breathtaking sunrise view was an absolute highlight! Plus, the host organized a fantastic program that really allowed us to immerse ourselves in the magic of Wadi Rum. And let's not forget the dinner! The Beduin-style meal was absolutely delicious, a real taste of local flavors that perfectly complemented our desert adventure. The owner truly went above and beyond by organizing a fantastic program for us in the desert. It was a real highlight of our stay and a wonderful way to experience the beauty and culture of Wadi Rum."

While our stay had many highlights, it's worth noting that the hotel appears to still be under development. We observed some buildings that seemed to be in the early stages of construction and looked unfinished. Additionally, we encountered some water on the bathroom floor, which was a bit inconvenient.

"I was very pleasantly surprised with my stay. The room was more than enough, my pet was welcomed, the check-in process was fast and smooth. The location was very nice, quiet and perfect for a nice rest. I had my parking spot right in front of the door. The bed and pillow were comfortable."

I don't think there was anything I didn't like.

"Location was excellent! Very close to Ferry and Bus terminal. Bed was comfortable and water was hot. Close to downtown also. Shout out to Abner, he was very helpful and went above and beyond."

No nite life, everything closed down with the sun.

"Great value for money. If you intend to stay at the university, this hotel has everything one needs and is in close walking distance. Also, the rooms are tidy, and the staff is very friendly."

The reception was almost never occupied, and the person on the indicated phone number did not speak English. So checking in and paying was a bit tricky. Internet is a bit slow for working, but OK. Also, mind that you may need to bring your own shampoo, soap, and hair dryer.

They were incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuinely cared about making sure guests had a great experience. A special mention goes to Mr. Ibrahim—his warm hospitality and excellent hosting made me feel right at home. Overall, Downtown Inn is a wonderful place to stay—clean, convenient, I would happily return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area"
