"The security procedures, especially at the main gate, can sometimes feel overly complicated. On a few occasions, it took 5–10 minutes to gain access as every vehicle is thoroughly checked. While I understand and appreciate the importance of security, it would be more convenient if hotel residents had a dedicated access lane. "One minor incident occurred during check-out. I waited my turn at the front desk and had already started my check-out process when another guest interrupted. Unfortunately, the clerk assisted the other guest before finishing with me. I chose not to make an issue of it at the time out of respect, but I believe better queue management and attention would improve the overall guest experience."

"This was an excellent hotel! The rooms were spacious, bright and very modern. The bathroom was large and there was lots of hot water. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was sparkling clean! There is a very nice spa with a steam room, sauna and pool - but these are segregated rooms for men and women. My husband had a massage which was great! Overall, we had a wonderful stay - thank you to all the staff!"

"There was limited choice of restaurants- there was a buffet restaurant for breakfast but no casual cafe to just have coffee and pastries in the morning. The rates for doing laundry was very high."
