"Alexander was very helpful and friendly. The room was fairly clean except for the balcony. Breakfast was nice and Alexander was flexible to adjust it to my dietary restrictions. The location was superb as there is a bus station right next to it and it is 10 minutes walking from the train station. My overall experience went well"

"The room overlooked the roof of another building that wasn't very clean so I couldn't allow any fresh air into the room as the balcony and the roof next to the room were not clean."

"The location is perfect for visiting historic Assisi! It is a short walk to the city gate. The apartment is spacious and comfortable. I greatly appreciated easy, safe parking. "The host was the most kind, friendly, caring, person you could ask for in a host! On this basis alone, we would highly recommend the property. However, the property was great in it's own right! It was located just a few minutes walk from the beach in old town Montorossa with lots of restaurant and cafe's options a few feet from the front door. The room was super clean and was attended to throughout our stay by the host. She provided beach towels on request and spent time showing us the upstairs kitchen and the roof top terrace. While we didn't use these during our visit, they are delightful bonuses. ."
