"Incredibly clean and stylish. The food is pricey but soo worth it. The breakfast was incredible. Its not a buffet, which I loved, because the quality is higher. The onsen is super nice, sauna is the largest I've ever seen. Room decor and functionality is 15/10. The best Its a nice halfway point if you're driving to Osaka."

"All of the staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly. One major plus for us as a family was that children could stay for free, as long as no extra bed or meal was required. The hotel was very spacious and interior was modern, stylish, and spotlessly clean — a pleasant surprise compared to the building’s rather simple exterior. The beautifully maintained garden and natural hot spring added even more charm and value to our stay."

"Staff not paying enough attention. Siting at lounge for food and no refill for water. Many staff but needs more attention to guests. They try to do their best. Check in check out slow. Seems they do not know well the system."
"This was the most beautiful and romantic experience I could ask for. Absolutely amazing food, the room was just the right size and what we needed. The garden area was a beautiful place to get a good morning walk in after the included breakfast. Absolutely without a doubt would recommend this location, the only downside is it's a bit hard to get to attractions around the location without a car. Hopefully more bus routes soon! 10 comfort 10 food 10 staff"

"親子3世代12人で利用しましたが、それでも広すぎるくらいのおうちで大人も子供も大興奮でした。 花火大会のため渋滞が予想されるとのことで早めのチェックインをさせていただき、ゆっくりと滞在を楽しむことができました。 とにかく眺めが美しく、海までも歩いて10分以内。贅沢な日本家屋での夏休みの思い出を家族で作ることができました。 またぜひ利用させていただきたいと思います。"

Lots of great modern facilties for eg the warm air in the bathroom. The process was seamless and experience was faultless. The pictures are a true and fair representation."
