"Prompt response to queries. They really take good care of their guests. They helped us with restaurant reservations— and those restos were amazing!The lady that helped us settle in 2 days before, happened to be at the resto we were dining in. It was her day off from work and having her dinner. She got up from her seat and patiently took time to help us pick food and drinks from the Japanese menu! Big space for 4 adults. Having 2 toilets is a plus! Even though we can hear some loud noises late night on the street, we still had good sleep because of the comfortable sheets and mattresses."
"About 28 steps to go up the 3rd floor. No sink dedicated for plates and utensils- have to use the little sink where the washing machine and toilet are."

"まずは広い！！ベッドはソファーベッド２台含めると、４台。しかもどれもキングサイズくらいはあるので、好きなだけゆったり寝られます。また、ワンフロア丸ごと貸しなので小さい子供を連れて行っても、周囲への気遣いをしなくていいので助かります！ 設備もトイレ２つあって大人数で泊まっても安心。エアコンが４台付いてたのは驚きました。 また機会があれば使わせてもらいたい！！"
"ドラム式の洗濯乾燥機が備え付けられていましたが、乾燥機能が使えませんでした。量の問題なのか、機械の故障？なのか、朝起きたら全然乾いてなくて、急遽部屋に備え付けられてたハンガーにかけて、暖房全開で乾かそうとしましたが、全て乾かすのは厳しかったです。 乾燥機を使う気満々で洋服などを準備していたので、なかなか困りました。 呑み屋街なので夜騒がしいですが、仕方ないですね。"

"内装がとてもスタイリッシュでオシャレでした。 掃除も行き届いていて、清潔感のある状態でした。 ソファーベッドがありましたが、それもマットレスとシーツなどきちんと揃っていてタオルや歯ブラシなども7人でしたが泊まる人数分準備されており有り難かったです。 駐車場は無いとのことですが、歩いて1分も行かない距離に700円(土日祝900円)の何回出入りしても大丈夫な高さのある車も入れる駐車場があるので全然気にならない感じです(^-^) テレビ・トイレが2箇所あり洗濯もドラム式の乾燥までしてくれるので寝る前に入れておけば朝にはきれいになっていてとても便利だと思います。 案内してくれる方もとても感じがよくコンビニも近いし、飲食店も近いのでここのホテルは本当におすすめです♪"
