"The room is clean. Free wifi is provided. They are also running izakaya (Japanese-style bar), you can have dinner in the property and can buy alcoholic beverages from them. Bike, snorkeling gear and floats can be rented. When I stayed at this inn, a girl from the UK was working, some of the workers speak English."

"Location was amazing, the food you can have at the izakaya was amazing. They could speak english and one of the person working there translated the whole menu for us. They have a great system in place for the shared showers so don’t be worried about that. Hateruma is a gorgeous place to explore, highly recommend! Also booking system was super easy."

"雨と風の影響で予定していた帰りのフェリーが欠航になってしまいましたが、スタッフさんが運行状況を調べて教えてくださったり、チェックアウト時間を過ぎても「次の船が出るまで部屋を使っていいよ」と声をかけてくださったりと、とても親切に対応していただきました。 おかげで安心して過ごすことができ、本当に助かりました！ お部屋も快適で、心地よい時間を過ごせました😊"

"レストランでの夕食や朝食の弁当も美味しかったです。天候不良で午前中のフェリーが欠航になったため非常に不安な状況でしたが、チェックアウト時間以降も部屋を使わせてくれたり、いろいろアドバイスしていただいたり心強かったです。にゃんこがたくさん居てとても可愛かったです。"
"良くなかったと言うより、自分たちで見落としていただけなのですが、お部屋にあるWi-Fiの案内が小さくて気付かずしばらく通信状況が悪い状態で、フェリーの事前予約が時間内に出来なかった。"

"・スタッフの皆さんがもれなく親切フレンドリー ・洗濯機の台数が多く、しかも無料で使える。 乾燥機はないが外に干し場がたくさんあって問題なし ・個室に必要なものが揃っており快適に過ごせる ・シャワーは共用だけど20分単位で貸切で使える ・併設の居酒屋のごはんがおいしい ・港からもニシ浜からも近く、レンタサイクルもすぐ近くにあり ・朝ごはん（お弁当）がボリュームたっぷりでおいしいので絶対たのむべき ・施設自体は古いが清掃が行き届いていて清潔感あり ・かわいい猫がいる（最高）"

"親子3世代12人で利用しましたが、それでも広すぎるくらいのおうちで大人も子供も大興奮でした。 花火大会のため渋滞が予想されるとのことで早めのチェックインをさせていただき、ゆっくりと滞在を楽しむことができました。 とにかく眺めが美しく、海までも歩いて10分以内。贅沢な日本家屋での夏休みの思い出を家族で作ることができました。 またぜひ利用させていただきたいと思います。"
