"Whenever I book a hotel room, my safety is key. EKA Hotel delivered! It was nice to realize that you cannot ride in an elevator or get access to the rooms without your card. I felt safe, secure and very happy. The general cleanliness of the facility made our stay more enjoyable. The rooms are very specious with everything possible things to make our stay fun, relaxing, peaceful, and interesting. The bed linens were clean and neat. The architectural design of the facility is spectacular and mind blowing. We felt like we were not in KENYA. The meals were well made, delicious, and appetizing. The staff were clean, kind and respectful."
"Our room had two sinks, and apparently one was out of order. I called the front desk twice and also talked to one of the receptionist in person but nothing was done. They promised to check on it but two days later, I was told it was impossible to repair it because it needed a lot of work. Secondly, the walk-in shower door did not close tightly. Every time somebody takes a shower, there’s an overflow and also there was a leak whereby water got into the bathtub area which made the whole floor wet and dangerous. We had to use the extra towels on the rack to avoid falls."
