"The host is so accommodating. He helped us contact the mini van station when we were not sure if they were going to pick us up. He made sure that we had a nice stay. Offered electric fan at the entrance of the homestay while we were waiting for our service. Overall, we had a good experience staying in this homestay. Good location and good food."

"The staff stand by when we were check in early in the morning. They prepared birthday decorations and cake as compliments due to my partner’s birthday. As this is a service apartment they have everything you need! Kitchen very well equipped for short or long stay, comfortable bed and excellent bathroom~ Location is easy to access to good restaurants and tourist places. Don’t miss the rooftop in the evening — it was very good view from the top"

"We loved this hotel! It’s modern, clean and in a great location - close to everything but still quiet. The breakfast each morning was good (skip the evening menu, there’s plenty of amazing restaurants around for better value) and the pool was lovely. Since there are so few rooms in the hotel the pool was never too busy. We also made use of the Spa and each got a wonderful massage. The room was bright and spacious - we were upgraded on arrival which was greatly appreciated, leaving us with a great view of the pool. We used their airport collection service where the driver was waiting with water and cold towels. All of the staff were fantastic, every single person we interacted with was so pleasant and we were greeted each time we returned with the offer of a cold towel."

"Loved this hotel and grounds and will return! It really lives up to its name - "palace." Just FYI - I stayed in different rooms in different parts of the Angkor Palace Resort & Spa (not Suite & Villa), even though this review will appear under the Suite & Villa, because the room was listed under Suite & Villa on booking.com. It was confusing to me, but staff said their online booking team is working on fixing it. Anyway, the rooms were great! The spa was running a special and was also great! The lobby area is majestic! Staff, including Nat who gave me a tour of the property, were all great!"
