"Location is excellent in the middle of everything and very accessible. We chose a corner suite which is large. We would have preferred to find more TV movie and drama channels. Also housekeeping, though responsive, are a notch lower than high end five stars. Breakfast is very good. If one is to suggest an addition, it would be typical Lebanese pastry like Sfeeha and Manakeesh."
"Pillows are very soft; at least one should be hadr or medium-hard for those who prefer this. The heated swimming pool, though outstanding, could have used a couple of degrees more heating. The location of the kettle is tricky, and replenishing the tea/coffee requires more attention."

"First, I’d like to start with the lobby manager, Mr Qasem He looks like a shining star in the Radisson hotel his patient with a friendly smile always has an option for you. He was polite. by talking to you, he can understand what you need really I’d like to thank him a lot the location of the hotel perfect. It’s near the beach walking distance room was spacious very clean for the food. They can’t give them 10 out of 10 the stuff they treat you just like everyone knew you from before. I extremely recommend this hotel."

"First to start with the location, its in the center of zahle and close to everything; mini markets, restarurants, pubs, and all types of shops. Also close to the popular berdawni area. All are within walking distance. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The beds were very comfortable. The hotel management and staff were super nice and friendly.
