"Everything! Awesome host, ammenities are new (built 10/2025). Has everything needed for a great stay (bikes, grill, table, chairs, skewers). Awesome coy pond. Beautiful yard. Very clean! If you're in the area, this is a great stay. Will be back a lot!"

"Этот домик- бывшая баня. Для меня это был большей плюс, т.к отделка деревянная, натуральная и домик хорошо сохранял тепло. Я даже полностью отключила отопление (отдыхала в конце декабря 2023). На кухне была вся необходимая посуда, плита, холодильник, микроволновка, чайник. В душе хороший напор и воду можно сделать достаточно горячей. Есть блэк-аут жалюзи, которые погружают помещение в полную темноту Домик находится близко к продуктовому магазину. В округе есть, где погулять (лес, пляж) Хозяин был приветлив и по нему было видно, что он заботится о постояльцах. За этого огромная благодарность)"
"Очень жёсткий и неудобный матрас. Спать было некомфортно. Отсутствовала морозилка Домик находится у дороги, поэтому слышны машины (дорога не самая активная, что хорошо. Но все равно может доставить дискомфорт)"

"Nice private place with a designated parking place right at the entrance gate. Great location for families with kids due to a public playground next to the property. We found the bathrobes and slippers very thoughtful for going to the outdoor toilet facilities. Hosts were very responsive regarding our request for the heater as the end of September is quite chilly. Though having it already on would make arrival more cosy. However, the place heated up quickly."

"Excellent location. Very well equipped. Nice, large bathroom. And we were greeted with champagne! In addition, the host is very responsive and quick to get in touch. Great place for up to 3 people! There were four of us and we stayed there for over a week, most nights just two or three of us slept there. The couple nights though, when all four of us slept in the accommodation, became very cramped, but the host warned us about it, although a few nights are not a big problem. In any case, I would not recommend to take this apartment longer for a night or two, if you are 4 people, and all of you plan to actually sleep there, and good night sleep is what you are seeking for - otherwise - one of the finest choices to explore Valmiera to the fullest! :)"

"I loved everything about this place, location is perfect, if you're traveling by train or autobus 10-15 mins walk maximum. You don't have to worry about groceries, small mini-mart is 3 mins walk away with everything you may need, If you arrive late and the mini mart is closed,you can always grab something to eat at Circle-K gas station open 24hrs. If your stay is short and you want to explore Valmiera, you may have to come again, because once you enter the apartment, you won't want to go outside. It's so nice and cozy and equipped with everything. On my stay I didn't go outside once. I highly recommend this place."
