"We spent our last night in Morocco at Dar Sohane after a two-week road trip, and overall, it was a fantastic stay. While it may lack the cozy, family-run feel of some smaller riads, it is still a wonderful and comfortable place to stay. Our room was the most luxurious we experienced in Morocco—straight out of *One Thousand and One Nights*, complete with a fireplace and even a (non-functional) fountain. The massive canopy bed was incredibly comfortable, making for a truly magical atmosphere. If there’s one thing that could be improved, it would be the breakfast. For the price, we expected a bit more, as we had better breakfasts in accommodations that cost a fraction of the price. That said, Dar Sohane remains a great choice for a stay in Marrakech!"

"I stayed at three different riads during my time in Marrakech to experience a variety of architecture and locations, and this one was my favorite. Host Samir was incredibly welcoming and helpful, and I absolutely loved my room. My room was on the ground floor near the kitchen, but the guests having breakfast in the morning didn’t disturb me at all. I also appreciated the thoughtful design: the windows had a mirrored exterior, allowing me to see out during the day without anyone seeing inside. Every detail, both inside and outside the rooms, was gorgeous. It was a truly lovely stay all around."
