"The dinners and breakfasts were fabulous - fresh and delicious. The views from our balcony and rooftop terraces were excellent - for sunset, sunrise, star gazing - all perfect 360 degrees, away from city lights. The family is so friendly, always service with a smile, welcoming - it was an honor to be their guest as they have worked hard to have a place to accommodate us. This is not a 10 rating like a new hotel but rather a 10 rating as this feels like the very best of Morocco. We felt very fortunate to have the opportunity to be here for 3 nights - and to have the best welcome!!!"
"The 1.5 km road up to riad is steep but passable with with small vehicle."
"Super local experience in this amazing place. The view is wonderful, the food is amazing and the family that runs this place is super welcoming and caring! Highly recommend for a great taste of true Morocco!"

"Beautiful view from the terrace overlooking the river valley below. The room was fine and wifi worked well."
"The tagine dinner was small and a bit expensive Breakfast was ok, but the bread was cold and perhaps a day old. Be advised the hotel is accessed via a 1.6km dirt road off the main road. Water pressire varies from zero to minimal. I was stuck with soapy hair for a while until the water returned."
"The hosts were really nice and friendly, the location was great with wonderful views and very quiet. The rooms were big and very comfortable"
"The only thing I would suggest is to improve the water pressure"
"Dar Timitar is located halfway up Rose Valley and on a plateau overlooking the valley. It is a 2km drive on a dirt road off the main paved road but the views, wonderful family, delicious meals, and beautiful/tastefully appointed accommodations (one of the nicest decorated rooms of our trip) are well worth the effort. Beds were comfortable and we got a good night's sleep. Terraces are perfect for not only daytime views but sunset and excellent stargazing at night."

"The view on the valley is amazing!! Great value for your money. Room was very spacious and the private balcony with lounging chairs was a great plus. Food was also good and host very friendly."
"Sometimes it was a bit hard to find the hosts on the property to ask questions or get advice. But this was a minor thing."
"What a fantastic Hotel, beautifully located on the top of a hill overlooking the Rose Valley and set in its own grounds. The family run establishment was very clean, tidy and genuinely reflected its surroundings. The staff were wonderful and very helpful with the cuisine being local and to a very good standard."

"This stay in the Ziz valley felt extremely authentic and was a perfect way to end our time in this area of Morocco. Great location to stay for flights in and out of Errichidia. Hami and his family were excellent hosts and we loved our time talking, having tea, and enjoying the best tangine we had in Morocco!"
