"The service was very nice, polite and attentive and breakfast was amazing. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was also clean and looked fancy, the only thing is that there wasn’t much to put your stuff on and the sink was leaking even when we weren’t using the water, making the floor flood. Location was good, a bit hard to find the entrance but he came outside to look for us and help us which was very nice. Unfortunately we couldn’t access the rooftop at that time and the interior was rather basic but it was everything we needed for our stay. A plus for the birds that were inside which made the vibe very relaxing."

"This was my favorite of the three riads I stayed at in Marrakech. The room was comfortable and everything worked as advertised. It wasn't luxurious by any means, but it was clean and was a good place to crash for the night. The common area looked great and was expansive in size. Breakfast was one of the better ones I had in Morocco. The staff was friendly and spoke pretty good English. For the price, I thought this place represented really good value."
"This is really nitpicking, but a sign outside the door would have been nice, as the only way to currently find it is looking at the address online and finding that number written next to the door. The location is nice and quiet, but you definitely have to walk a bit to get to the medina and the busier areas of the city."
"Nice riad, pretty inner courtyard with big rooftop terrace. Room was good enough size for 3 people. The staff was nice. The manager, Jamal, was exceptional, so kind, hospitable, going the extra mile for us, aiming to please no matter our needs. Breakfast was abundant and served at 7:30 instead of the usual 8:30 everywhere else."
"A bit difficult to find. My friends and I each had a funny story of how we individually found the place. The locals were nice, and you can trust them. The actual street of the riad turns this way and that, but it’s the same street. Wished we had more ventilation in the room and especially in the bathroom, but I understand that it’s an old building. A hair dryer would also have been a bonus. Overall, not much to not like, as the experience was very good, and we felt welcomed."
"Our host was really kind and helpful made us an early brekfast. Communicatin was fast and easy."
"It was a bit noisy due to the riad structure."
"The staff was excellent and very attentive! The breakfast was very nice as well and they give you plenty of food."

"The property was very quiet and peaceful, and it had an elegant feel to it that was nice. The breakfast every morning was wonderful and gave us lots of energy for the whole day. The host was fantastic, very helpful and accommodating. He always checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed in the room and resolved any problems we had."
"The wifi was a bit inconsistent, but the host helped resolve that the best he could."
"Jamal was an amazing and attentive host. We got in really late at night and Jamal went to buy us water. As two young female travelers we felt very safe. The Riad is very beautiful, in the Medina and we really enjoyed our stay here!"

"I had a very pleasant stay at Riad Abjaou. The location is excellent — close to the main attractions but quiet and comfortable at the same time. The rooms are clean, well-maintained, and beautifully decorated in an authentic Moroccan style. Jamal is a truly kind and attentive host, always ready to help and share useful tips about the city. We felt welcome from the very first moment. Breakfast was tasty and varied, and the overall atmosphere of the riad was calm and friendly. It was a great experience — I warmly recommend Riad Abjaou to anyone looking for an authentic stay and a thoughtful host in Marrakech."
"Everything ok"
"Very friendly staff! Very comfortable rooms with AC :) Breakfast really tasty, very classical marrakesh breakfast with jelly, honey, crepes, eggs, coffee, tea and juice."
"It's a bit tricky to find. I arrived a bit late in the night and in the beginning there were signs but nothing really identifying the entrance so you can get a bit lost"

"The Bivouac is situated in a beautiful and peaceful palmerie. The communication and the kindness of the staff is excellent. We found ourselves blocked outside Ouarzazate because of a flood and the manager was very communicative and responsive with us. He was even able to contact the local authorities and when we arrived in the early hours of the morning there was some food ready for us. The tagine and the breakfast was excellent."

"Beautiful riad with amazing staff. I arrived on an overnight flight, and their overnight staff member (I forget his name!) was so helpful over Whatsapp to make sure I found the riad when the taxi dropped me at the wrong spot. They gave me a small breakfast and tea when I arrived at around 8:00am, and then the same staff member took me for a walk around the area and helped me buy a phone cord as mine broke on the plane (I found out later that he was done his shift when he did this!!). They were able to allow me to check-in early to the room so I could take a nap which was much appreciated as I hadn't slept much on the plane. Room was beautiful and comfortable."

"Bed linens were amazing, felt really soft. The staff was always making sure everything was ok. The owner even offered us a lift to grab some food for dinner. Everything was clean and we even got an upgrade to a bigger room with AC for free and street view with a balcony. Also the breakfast was totally amazing. Definitely recommend"
