"We loved our stay at Riad Batchisarai! While the Riad itself was stunning and served as an oasis away from the hustle and bustle of the city, it was really the staff who made the stay even more exceptional."

"The property is very clean, well maintained and our room was in excellent conditions with everything we needed. There was a cleaning service every day, really good breakfast and Dominique and the team were super helpful whenever we needed their assistance (e.g. booking a Hamam, cab to airport, and other recommendations for the city). We had to leave the property early twice and both times the staff were kind enough to arrange some breakfast and keep it in the fridge for us to take in the morning, which we thought was very kind. I would definitely recommend booking this."

"One minor point is that it was not clear that the payment would be in cash only, which we only found out on the last day and we ended up carrying around a large sum at night but otherwise, all went very well."

"Jouad was the best hotel worker I have every met. He helped us get our bags to and from the taxi (15 min walk), the hotel made us a home cooked breakfast, gave us great recommendations on places to go and we was struggling to get train tickets we was going to just get them there but he helped us out with the tickets at 10 at night. This hotel from start to end was amazing and thank you guys for everything."

"Amazing property, beautifully decorated in a traditional style. Our room was spacious and quiet at night. The staff was very helpful with suggestions and directions. The riad is located close to Rue Tala’a Kebira and we found our way easily. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!"
