"Beautiful riadh with attention to many little details the staff was amazing and so kind. We wish we had more time to relax there!"
"Breakfast was good but could offer some variation or option to add eggs, cheese and some vegetables."
"This riad felt traditional and welcoming and comfortable. Looking back on our trip as a whole, the staff here was exceptional and treated us like family, moreso than other riads we had stayed at. There were lots of common areas to choose from, an outdoor pool, and complimentary breakfast (which was delicious and they served us even when we woke up right as it was supposed to be ending). It took us a few tries to not get lost when walking to/from the riad into town, but it also felt safe and secure. I would definitely stay here again."
"Its location was about a 15-20 minute walk to the big square and most restaurants, which can be quite daunting when you're new to the city and it's 100+ degrees outside."
"Great experience. The restaurant on site is very convenient and serves delicious meals; breakfast was lovely. The room was clean, spacious and aesthetically pleasing. I loved the checkered floors and blue doors. Staff was helpful and friendly."
"Aucun."
"The room was great and exactly like the photos. The staff was helpful and kind despite having to use google translate from English to Arabic or French. Also, good location."
"It is not a quiet hotel. If you’re near the pool area, everything can be heard. At night, cats roam around and can make a lot of noise. Some guests stayed til late near the pool at night. Also during the day, a group of kids thrashed and made a mess around the pool emptying some of the water without any control."
"Traditional humble breakfast on a cozy terrace. The room was super clean, amenities they offer were not so many but of top quality. It's located right at the corner of the medina, so we parked our car on the closest main street and went everywhere on foot. The staff was very friendly, they welcomed us with famous moroccan mint tea on arrival. Overall nice option for its value."
"Cat noises become really disturbing at night, if you have a light sleep like I do you might want to bring some earplugs."
"My friend and I really enjoyed our stay at Riad Chamali. It was a 15-minute walk from the crowded and busy Jemaa el-Fnaa, which meant that our area was really quiet and pleasant. The beds were comfortable, and there was enough space for all our luggage (we travelled from Asia to Morocco so our bags were bigger). Breakfast is also provided, which was a bonus. The eating area also doubles as a restaurant in the evenings, and serves really great tajines and salads that are cheaper than some of the restaurants in town. Shoutout to the two receptionists, they were fantastic, especially Sa'ad, who was a really honest chap who returned us our money when he realised we overpaid for something. We really appreciated that."
"The shower pressure could be better and the hot water was a little temperamental."
"The staff are very friendly and helpful The breakfasts are epic! And very authentic Moroccan"
"The location is a bit tricky to find are there are no signs"
"The breakfast was delicious. The centre of the city is close. The staff were kind and always ready to help us in anything."
"It could be more furniture in the room to place clothes and other things."
"Really nice and welcoming staff. The breakfast was also really nice. The Riad itself is beautiful and big, you had enough space to feel privacy."

"Gorgeous family room. Spacious although quite dark (to be expected in a riad). Very good location and the room was nice and quiet. Lots of stairs but staff was wonderful with luggage and general help."
"The family room was in the basement essentially and so it was a bit of a maze. Wifi was patchy and rooms weren’t cleaned properly every day. Breakfast was repetitive and not very healthy, all in all"

"Everything. The Yasmina suite was exquisite, the food among the very best in Fes—but the staff was best of all. Thoughtful, warm, accommodating. Could not have done more for us, all in a magical setting in a quiet area."

"Clean and good location Staff was amazing , special thanks to Ms.Chorouk Krouli who is the guest service manager for the upgrade and making sure that my stay is comfortable. I would highly recommend to consider this property as it is literally next wall to Anfa Mall and on the beach strip."

"Prior to coming, we had a bad experience with a different riad and so we moved here. The staff was super friendly and kind and the pool was so nice after a long hot day at the souks (they even gave us free drinks while using the pool). The rooftop is super nice and has a really nice view of Marrakech. Me and my friend were staying together and the bathroom was bit open, but we didn’t mind honestly because it was such a beautiful room and comfy."

"The location is perfect right in the heart of the medina even nearby a wonderful little coffee stand. The breakfast was filling and scrumptious with amazing 360° views from the terrace. We were working remotely so luckily the wifi was stable and performed well enough for our needs. Yassine was the most attentive and welcoming host. He was always available via WhatsApp, full of wonderful conversation and he even stayed out till past 1am to secure us an alternative parking spot when the Hotel Parador parking was filled up due to our unexpected late arrival. The parking was a short two minute walk."

"I cannot recommend this Riad more. The Riad looks like a secret garden in the middle of the city, lovely people and environment. The attention to details is what sets this Riad apart from others, just amazing."
Avis de Paulo Riad Noga
"Hotel Parador was a very nice surprise located near the main square, with parking and an elevator! We had 2 rooms reserved and when we checked in they had upgraded us to 2 suites. The suites were very nice and spacious and the bathrooms had toiletries. The views from the pool patio was awesome! You can’t beat the value and convenience of this hotel. Walking with a cane, the location was perfect for someone with reduced mobility. My family and I enjoyed our stay. Inshallah we hope to return."
