"Beautiful, old-world, meticulously maintained accommodations, sparking clean, fantastic staff. Perfect location for walking to the marketplaces. Could not recommend a more! The staff was so helpful! Even packed us breakfast for our early departure."
"Nothing."
"Our third and fourth day (after returning from Essaouira). We loved our bigger room, and again being greeted and offered tea upon arrival. The reception clerk, Ayoub, accommodated a slightly earlier breakfast time on one of the days due to an early departure, but was not able to do so on the second day."
"Although the streets were still a little scary to walk through at night, we became more and more comfortable and it became less of a concern. We did have an issue with some guests being loud on the roof until 2am on our last night, but the night attendant quickly quieted them down when we complained."
"The staff was really kind, they received us with mint tea and pastries"

"Everything was right on the spot, they make you feel like home, all the staff was very friendly and helpful. After arriving from the dessert we had a welcome tea and cake. Breakfast was made with love and every detail of the Riad was more than perfect. The Bed was very comfortable and the Bathroom big and the shower was great. Thank you so much for your hospitality we will be back!"

"We had a wonderful stay at Riad Nasreen. I really loved the location - it was in the medina, but only 2 min from a corner where you could catch a cab or orient yourself. We went both north and south for various activities. It felt central, but not chaotic. The staff displayed the typical wonderful Moroccan hospitality and everyone did their absolute best to make our stay wonderful"
"We stayed during Easter, so the price for our room was much higher than usual. I would consider this a lovely mid-range stay, but we paid on the higher end."
"Good location, very nice and helpful staff, good breakfast and beautiful riad"

"Staff were very friendly and helpful. The riad is beautiful and the location is excellent."
"Our room was a little small and the wardrobe was of no use. We only had one bedside table and light. Breakfast could have been better. The swimming pool is very small."
"Khaled and the team are phenomenal! Love the energy they bring and the serenity of the location as well as its proximity to the Medina in Marrakech. To be honest, the little area outside the Riad is the most authentic part of the Medina (much more than the central area) and if I go back I will definitely stay here again!"
"Really no comment - maybe the lighting in our room as we were on the ground floor and it could use a warmer lighting situation (but that's due to my personal preference and it was fine!)"
"Great location, 3 minutes walk from the Bacha Palace. Riad staff provided exceptional hospitality and service, with genuineness to share culture and befriend. Breakfast was generous."
"The alley outside is a little chaotic but none of the Riad's fault. Gentle tip to ask ur taxi to drop you to Dar Marjana or Dar Moha so that you do not have to walk too much with your luggage."
"Everything overall, especially Khaled who was always of good advice and ready to help on any request!!"
"Breakfast could slightly be more elaborated. Quantity was slightly not enough for 2 and the diversity limited and no vegetables"

"Large and clean suite, friendly staff, close to one of the medina's doors. Nour and Salah are very helpful to accommodate your trip."

"Nothing like homemade breakfast food. Made with a smile. This place epitomized the personal guest house experience."
Avis de Jonn Dar KamalChaoui
"Loved the Riad, the staff was very friendly. The stay started with a tea and a quick presentation of the city and objectives and how to get there. The breakfast exceeded our expectations. Will come again for sure."
Avis de Alin Riad O
"The location was excellent, close to Medina, and a large number of places to eat and shop. The breakfast hours were excellent as well as the with excellent variety. Our upgraded accommodation was very comfortable and spacious. I’m upset I don’t have the name of gentleman at the front desk that looked after an issue we had. He took care of it in a very timely matter, and Soukaina followed up daily to see that we were comfortable. Their aim to please is top notch. Customer satisfaction is of top concern to them."
Avis de Edwin Oum Palace Hotel & Spa
"I generally enjoyed my stay in the Riad. The building, patio space and terrace are wonderful. So is the staff (extremly helpful and kind) and the lovely breakfast. The place is really well kept and the photos are accurate, you can tell the owners and staff put a lot of their hearts into it. Shower is great and relaxing. Location is really good if you want to avoid the main medina buzz and mazes, and plan to take a bus to Essaouira (next door). Close as well to YSL / Jardin Majorelle."
Avis de Rodrigo Riad Du Petit Prince
"Dinner too expensive for basic food. They also force you to have a fixed menue. No choices, they don't ask if there are good restrictions or anything. They just sent a message saying they offer dinner for 210DH. Take it or leave it Stuff is wonderful. Owners need to change strategy."
Avis de Abdelfatah Dar Qamar
"The staff were super friendly, rooftop area was super nice to chill when the sun is out. Great place to read a book and enjoy the Moroccan tea. The riad is located in the heart of medina but still slightly further from the chaos of it. You do have to navigate through the alleyways but I never felt unsafe at night as a solo traveller to make my way to it. Breakfast was great! A little on the light side but you're in the Medina, you can just get some more 2 mins away. I will stay there again next time I visit Marrakech!"
