Guest reviews for Riad Nerja
"The location is good. Inside the city center and just few steps from the waterfall. The personnel were amazingly kind and helpful. They speak Spanish and English very well. Breakfast was tasty and they have an amazing view from the roof."
"The Riad needs a bit of improvements, ie. 2 lamps didn't work and the filters of the heat were dirty. They need to be clean to work properly because the room was cold. After my husband cleaned them, it worked perfectly. If you are carrying too many luggage, be aware there are only stairs from the point the taxi leaves you till your room."
"Everything was good and up to my expectations. Room has an electric heater which i like the most. Staff is friendly and breakfast is perfect."
"It takes quite a some time for water to get heated in the shower. Thats something they could improve."
"The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly."

"Everything! The place, the decoration, the super friendly staff, the air conditioning 👌 😀"
"The shower didn't have a very good drain system, but that was it. Really not so bad"
"Hannah, Mohammed, Osama and their family were so welcoming, genuine and helpful at every moment. I felt at peace and at home at their Riad. I had a cool and beautifully decorated room. The hosta's suggestions were spot on and I appreciate the conversations and impromptu Darija classes. Thank you so much and see you next time."

"We had a wonderful stay! The staff is always smiling, laughing and ready to help. Our room was very comfortable and the bathroom clean and big. The decoration of the riad, with the white and blue everywhere is very relaxing. But the best part of this place is definitely the terrace! We had a "WOW" when we got there! The view is absolutely breathtaking and it was such a pleasure to have our super tasty breakfast there every morning. Overall, we had an amazing stay, thank you so much!"
"We had very noisy guests staying at the same time as us listening to music on the terrace and talking super loud until late (1am). We know it's the risk in a riad, where noise insulation is almost impossible. But we were hoping the hosts could have said something about it, maybe you should next time for the tranquility of everyone ;)"
"Mohamed and Osama are the best host of all Chefchaouen. They made us feel like we were at home. Very kind and helpful."
"Nothing, was all great"
"breakfast was sold separately . there are stairs. we needed a room w/ separate beds, since I was traveling w/ family the bathroom and shower located outside the room."
"the sink in the shower room was slightly starting to fall off the wall , it made it difficult to place anything on it- for example your toothpaste, etc. water was inconsistent with temperature. water did not stay warm throughout showering"
"We loved the staff. They are the best, so helpful and just great people. We also liked the location."
"The bed was a bit too hard."
"Very friendly hotel staff. Like a big funny family. Mohammad and his little kitten Luna definitely made the stay amazing. Big room and nice rooftop Terrence with good breakfast in the morning"

"I needed a place to stay on my way through and this fit the bill. Happy to have stayed there. The staff was especially helpful."

"Amazing camp accessible by car. We only had front-wheel drive Dacia, so it was a bit difficult to get there. If you go, lease a 4x4 for sure. We only wanted a day trip on camels, so we arrived by car. There are many camps that you can visit on a multi-day trip on camels deeper in the desert, however, if you only want a day trip on camels and have car, this is a must-visit. Personnel superb, food superb Bathroom facilities better than most hotels, in the tent (available outside of tent as well - they have public bathrooms) They booked a day trip on camels. We wanted to try this limited version before going on a multiple day trip on camels. I suggest telling them that you don't want to spend 4h on the lunch break. It's too long. 2h of break is enough. You go about 2h on camels' backs and then back after lunch. This camp was top 2 experiences we had in morocco. If you want larger and more iconic sand dunes, visit Merzouga. The dunes here are small, yet beautiful"

"Basic but comfortable, lovely dinner and helpful staff"
"Ali and his family were welcoming and sharing, offering us amazing hospitality. The camp area was a wonderful oasis with a flowing, and swimmable river, complete with various birds, and fresh water fish. It was truly an escape from our travels."

"There were 3 people who welcomed us when we arrived, they were kind offering us tea and making sure we felt comfortable. The shower and toilet were spotlessly clean. The location is easy to find."

"The guys in the reception were really nice with me and they try to help me with everything. The location is real good next to todgha gorges. The showers were cold and the guy said that they are normally hot but I think it’s something normal there. The breakfast was good"
