Guest reviews for Riad Safa
"Great staff and kind team. Enjoyed a tea on a arrival and a good debrief of the city before heading out into it. The room itself was great with no issues!"
"Main thing is the upkeep of the place I think! Seemed to feel like I was staying in the off season which is fine but shouldnt ever feel like that at a hotel! Dead leaves in the pool etc, most of the rooftop in various clutter. That sort of thing. Room felt like the place to relax in, not the riad itself. For guests coming back at night the alleyways to get to it feel a bit dodgy, so keep that in mind coming home late."
"The staff was really friendly and helpful, the manager was reachable and courteous. Our room was clean and got tidyed every day. Breakfast as well as the additional dinners taken by us, for which additional payment is required (but cheap/ worth the money for the amount and quality), were delicious. All in all a really nice riad would book it again and recommend it."

"Abdel was incredible! He met us at the car park (we had rented a car), and immediately made us feel welcome. He was super informative about the medina and gave us a detailed map with personalized recommendations on where to go and how to get back to the Riad. The property itself was spotless, beautifully designed with traditional touches, and incredibly peaceful—such a calm escape from the bustle of Marrakech."
"Nothing comes to mind—everything was lovely!"
"Absolutely lovely riad with great service. The rooms and entire riad were beautiful and very peaceful; I loved staying there and wish I could have stayed longer!"

"Amazing Riad, super comfy room and very nice facilities. The personnel was also very polite and welcoming. It takes some minutes to reach the riad from the bussy streets of the Medina, but that also ensures that you stay in a calm and quiet space. The included breakfast at the roof top was very nice. I can definitely recommend it."
"Nothing to say here, everything was great."
"My experience with Riad Safa was amazing. It was my anniversary with my wife and they brought a whole cake out for us upon arriving. The night agent that is slim and muscular was very nice and helped us a lot. Any arrangements that we needed, the Riad Safa handled with ease. The manager Abdel was very nice and welcoming. He helped us with our lugged when departing as well. Overall if I had to stay in Marrakesh again, I would stay here for sure."

"This was a little peaceful oasis in a quiet alleyway a short distance walk from the market stalls of the Medina and about a 10 minute walk to the main square. Abdel and all the staff at the Riad did everything to help make us welcome and enjoy our holiday and were so friendly. We loved the little pool in the courtyard and the rooftop terrace and breakfast every morning served by smiling staff."

"Great hosts and manager showed us around and gave us great tips. Just like pictures, comfortable bed, away from the main square so was quiet. Breakfast was lovely as well."
"Doors didn’t lock all the time but everything appeared safe and fine"
"This riad is a treasure located in the heart of the medina where the locals shop. Do not be alarmed you have to walk briefly through the market to get to the riad. This is normal in the medina. The riad was stunning and the staff was exceptional. Everything was very very clean and the food was outstanding. I encourage you to stay here to get an authentic Marrakech experience. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was roomy and the soap and shampoo smell amazing! Overall 12/10 experience I will be returning someday with my mother."

"Abdel and the whole staff had been friendly, kind and helpful before and during our stay. They helped us with all our questions and inquiries from airport transfer to organizing daytrips around Marrakesh, tips for visiting the city and everything in between. Their hospitality is exceptional. Riad Safa is a great accomodation in the middle of Medina, it's easily accessible but calm, clean and peaceful. Our room was small but cozy, perfect for two people. I couldn't recommend Riad Safa enough, we were more than satisfied with our stay."

"This stay in the Ziz valley felt extremely authentic and was a perfect way to end our time in this area of Morocco. Great location to stay for flights in and out of Errichidia. Hami and his family were excellent hosts and we loved our time talking, having tea, and enjoying the best tangine we had in Morocco!"

"We had a lovely stay with my wife and our two kids. The place is peaceful and perfect for relaxing as a family. The hosts were very welcoming and the breakfast was delicious – fresh, generous, and the best way to start the day with that amazing view and the old village. Highly recommended!"

"I had a wonderful experience in the desert. I stayed in a bivouac room, which was beautiful and comfortable in the middle of nature. Everything was clean, well organized, and the atmosphere was calm and relaxing. Mr. Mubarak and his team were amazing—very kind, welcoming, and hospitable. They really made sure we had a great stay."

"We really enjoyed our stay at “Kasbah du Bout”. The host was very friendly and made sure our needs were met. The Kasbah was very clean and well kept. We experienced a relaxing atmosphere and stay. We recommend staying here when visiting Zagora. Fred K. United States."
"Amazing camp accessible by car. We only had front-wheel drive Dacia, so it was a bit difficult to get there. If you go, lease a 4x4 for sure. We only wanted a day trip on camels, so we arrived by car. There are many camps that you can visit on a multi-day trip on camels deeper in the desert, however, if you only want a day trip on camels and have car, this is a must-visit. Personnel superb, food superb Bathroom facilities better than most hotels, in the tent (available outside of tent as well - they have public bathrooms) They booked a day trip on camels. We wanted to try this limited version before going on a multiple day trip on camels. I suggest telling them that you don't want to spend 4h on the lunch break. It's too long. 2h of break is enough. You go about 2h on camels' backs and then back after lunch. This camp was top 2 experiences we had in morocco. If you want larger and more iconic sand dunes, visit Merzouga. The dunes here are small, yet beautiful"
