"Very clean and well managed. The staff were amazing particularly Adam at the front desk! He came out all the way to our car to help with luggage and kept checking in on us to make sure we were doing okay. All of the staff were quite attentive. The turquoise room was clean with a comfortable bed and large bathroom, located right next to the breakfast area which was a great convenience but still not loud at all. There was also a safe in the room."

"Not accessible by car but only a three minute walk to where taxis will drop you off. Safe area to walk. Lighting was a little dim but nothing opening the curtains didn’t fix during the day."

"It was my first trip to Marrakesh, and finding the Riad Shemsi was initially a little tricky - but it was well worth it. The team are outstanding. Very friendly, knowledgeable about the area, and made me feel very much at home! The swimming pool area is beautiful, and the roof terrace was great to sit with a coffee and absorb the sounds of Marrakesh waking up. The breakfast is excellent - my first intro to Moroccan pancakes! And the portions are incredibly generous."

"This is more on me, but I am a little noise sensitive so being on the ground floor with the lounge area just outside my room, was a little noisy for me - but nothing headphones couldn't handle (i.e. there are no parties - just the sounds of talking etc.)"

"The Riad is located in a very nice neighborhood inside Medina of Marrakesh. It is small and peaceful. Abdallah and Rachid are very helpful and always available to help, the service and the food is excellent, rooms are nice and clean. If you go by car the best way to find the location which is close to the Riad is café Clock. You can call the guys 10 min before your arrival and they will wait there for you and they will help you with your suitcases. Parking is max 10 min walking and the guys will take you there. Overall a very nice experience. Thank you guys."
