"Location close to train station and outside the medina (but walking distance), so there are normal stores and restaurants nearby instead or overpriced tourist trap stuff like in the medina itself. Comfortable and modern apartment."

"Kitchen is theoretically good but under supplied with pots and pans. There's only one small frying pan - so it's not easy to cook for more than 1 person or multiple things at the same time. Also, most apartments will at least have a few of the basics, but you'll need to buy everything yourself like washing detergent, cooking oil, and toilet paper (we had one roll between 2 people for 5 days). it's stocked more like a hotel room than an apartment."

"The house was very clean and well located. Contained everything you could need for your stay. The ac was very useful too in the cold of fez. The housekeeper was also very friendly and helpful."

"I had an amazing stay in Rayan appartement ! The apartment was fantastic clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything I needed. The location couldn’t be better; I just had to step outside, and everything was within walking distance. A huge thank you to the host for being so welcoming and attentive, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!"

"Nice apartment well situated in the new area with many little restaurants. A bit farther away from the old Medina but close to the railway station (which we needed). Also very suitable for a longer stay. A nice balcony where you can sit in the evening. Very good price quality!"

"We did like the location, it's not in the Medina but not far away either. There is a shopping mall close by and we could get groceries in a supermarket which was so nice. The bed was the most comfortable one from all our trip to Morocco. The apartment is spacious and has good internet, there are also enough equipment in the kitchen for cooking, totally recommend it."

"It's next to a big boulevard and the noise is quite loud almost all the time you can hear it inside as well, we got used with it and it was not such a big problem."

"This is an amazing 1 bed apartment in fez. It is cozy, comfortable and beautiful. The host was very good and gave us all instructions during check in. Although this is a bit far away from fez medina(an 8-9min cab ride away), I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone travelling to fez. The location around the stay is beautiful."
