"I like how clean it is, the location and the morning receptionist. The rooms were comfortable and the breakfast was good. They were missing plugs C for new iPhones, but we survive. I like the kindness provided by the morning receptionist. I like Monte Carlo … it was my second time there."

"Hotel France is very clean, safe, quiet, and friendly. It is easy to walk to everything. I was awakened every morning by the aroma of fresh warm pastries! I would definitely stay here again!! I posted pictures of how to easily get to Hotel France from train station. Go to platform C and walk all the way to the end, turn LEFT and walk all the way to the end of the tunnel. You will enter a small court yard, walk a little to the right and look for a small set of stairs next to the cafe. Go down the stairs and turn to the left, Hotel France is right there. Google directions are confusing. (my pictures loaded in reverse order)"

We loved the location, very close to the train station and marina. Everything is walkable, but taxis are also everywhere. "Good value for money, especially considering it is Monaco. The room is adequate; there is a kitchenette with a fridge and a small bathroom. The room was clean. No coffee mugs (I left one) - only espresso cups. You can walk to the train station (downhill) - a bit of a workout to get back up to the building. There are several bus stops nearby (recommend this to get around) - seems everyone in Monaco takes the bus."
