"Our family room was huge, with a nice view. The location was good, not noisy, walkable to many places (Praça do Senado was something like a 15/20 min walk, supermarkets 5/10 minutes). The swimming pool was nice, great view (even better than in the room), very quiet around Christmas (swimming cap mandatory). We had dinner one night at the Canton 8 restaurant, and we enjoyed it."

"The breakfast is not interesting at all, we only had it on one day because it was definitely not worth 110MOP/person and it was super busy. The space in the bedroom could be better used. We would have preferred 1 double bed and 2 single beds for our daughters. Each double bed only had a nightstand and there was not even a chair or a similar item that we could use as a replacement"

"The gym is not equipped and mostly under the sun in the morning but excellent view. The sauna it is nicely done but it attracts a clientele that you do not what to have much to do with."

"I had the privilege of staying in a Standard Double Room for 4 nights at Rio Hotel Macau, and I must say—I absolutely loved it. The hotel has a grandeur interior that exudes elegance and comfort. Pros: 1. Fast and Efficient Check-in: The check-in process took only 5 minutes. My request for a middle-room location was quickly accommodated without any hassle. 2. Spacious and Comfortable Room: The room was exceptionally spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable; more than I expected. 3. Excellent Lighting and Air Conditioning: The lighting and air conditioning were superb and contributed to a relaxing atmosphere. 4. Top-notch Bathroom Amenities: Everything in the washroom felt premium and well-maintained. 5. Relaxing Window Bay Seats: I personally loved the bay window seating; it provided a calming spot to unwind and enjoy the view. 6. The Location : it was very central and taxis and buses were easily accessible."

"Cons: 1. Confusing Access Card Slot: It took me a while to figure out how to insert the access card. It turns out the slot was slanted, which wasn’t obvious at first. 2. Bathroom Drainage Issue: After just five minutes of using the shower, water started clogging, which was slightly disappointing. Overall, it was an almost perfect stay. The few minor issues didn’t overshadow the exceptional service and comfort. I will definitely be back!"
