"Very clean. We had a city view but actually we could see a lot of the ocean! Having a balcony was great and we could sit outside and watch the sunset. It was just after Christmas, decorations were lovely. Very helpful and very clean. We very much enjoyed our stay."

"Difficult to get a taxi. Not hotel’s fault but Macau in general. There is a taxi rank at the nearby casino and a bus stop nearby though."

"The room was well furnished with an old European flair, chic and classy. I loved the veranda (even though because of the weather we didn't really spent time there). The beds were comfy. The hotel is a bit far (but easy to reach in taxi) from the historic sites. It would be a lovely place for a romantic getaway! The breakfast was great with different options to cater to everyone taste. The staff was very professional and helpful."

"Fancy and original decoration. Kind staff. Nice view of port and bridges and a balcony for the sea view bedrooms. Good Portuguese restaurant. Not in downtown, so more silent. But it is not really far from the buzz of the casinos and old town. Can go walking to the center or take one of the many options of bus lines at a convenient bus stop just outside the hotel. Also have some good options of restaurants on the Fisherman’s Wharf boardwalk."

"Soundproofing not as good as we could hear the coughing and conversations from the adjacent rooms. The music being played in the hallway is kind of loud and annoying, more relaxing music will be better."

"Everything. Literally felt not like a hotel, but a musem. So fresh, clean and nice. Balcony is big and with nice view. They have all neccecities in the room. The bed was the most comfortable I ever had in hotels."

"Reception staff upgraded our room due to long stay. Room was fabulous, large, well decorated & comfortable with a seating area. Housekeeping serviced the room daily & restocked our water, tea & coffee. Water dispensers on each floor to promote environmentalism. It was lovely to sit on the balcony overlooking the water as the sun set. Lovely bathroom, with free-standing bath & L'Occitan toiletries! The restaurant offered a fabulous buffet style breakfast, which was well stocked & of a high standard. We tried a traditional Portuguese sandwich, which was amazing & enough for 2 people!"

"Water in the bath was a little cooler than I'd have expected, so had to boil a kettle to top-up."

"This hotel is nicely tucked away from the roads and has views of the bay with the ferries and helicopters coming and going with visitors from Hong Kong. Upstairs on the top floor is a beautiful bright Terrace where breakfast is served. Gellie and Ardel gave a very warm welcome to me and served me a delicious breakfast- their fried eggs were perfect for me 👌"
