Sands Macao

"They gave us a room with a very nice view (around the 20th floor), and the staff was extremely attentive when we arrived at the hotel at 10:00 AM, going out of their way to help us with an early check-in instead of 3:00 PM. When I mentioned that our flight is in the evening, they proposed to extend our check-out time to 1 PM instead of 11 AM. The hotel itself is close to a bus stop, so it's easy to navigate around Macau, and it's just 2 stops away from the port, so the transfer from Hong Kong was easy."

"Nothing that much to consider a dislike, but if I have to mention any, it's that the television didn't have the range expected for a high-class hotel like Netflix or other apps for movies/shows. As someone from Southeast Asia, items of ease like the bidet would have been very useful. Lastly, the lights were not easy to control in the room since there weren't many labels on them, and we had to guess."

"Aside from the complete amenities that the sands offer, the staff and service is amazing! Everyone is accommodating and really cares about its customers. We stayed here for our anniversary and the staff prepared anniversary surprises for us (they gave us cake and some free snacks and Drinks which are all amazing!!)"

"Jason at Reception arranged a free upgrade to a Premium Suite and we checked in early as the Suite was ready . Jason from Reception was also extremely helpful, and caring. And we also had a fruit basket and a Snack box for our Welcome gift from Manager Dean Wan. The hotel location was great close to Fisherman's Wharf and the Ferry Terminal. Also there were free shuttle buses to Cotai Strip and to the Border to Zhuhai. Chris from Concierge was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He helped us plan our daily trips around Macau."
