"The staff were all so lovely and friendly and there was everything you needed. The room was cosy and warm when we went in and there was no noise from traffic or anything"

Shame the restaurant wasn't open but the bar was.

Сауну використовувати тоді коли хоче клієнт і не просити включити,більше звертати увагу персоналу на відвідувачів,сидять дві працівниці і жодна не зорієнтувала куди йти і в кого можна щось запитати

"The hotel was very pleasant and offered a classic atmosphere with an authentic touch, thanks to the traditional Tozeur brick architecture. The location is excellent—very close to the main roundabout with the lights and city activity, which makes getting around extremely easy. The hotel was clean and well maintained. The owner was kind, helpful, and always attentive to guests’ needs. The room even was a bit small ,was well equipped , with hot and cold air conditioning, TV, internet, IPTV, and reliable hot water, which made the stay comfortable, especially during winter."

The breakfast could be improved, as there were some delays and a lack of organization, particularly during the winter season when the hotel is fully booked. In addition, finding a parking space can be challenging due to limited availability.

"Very friendly staff, comfortable room with a great view, There's parking right in front of the place, and it's just a short walk to the old bridge and town. Would definitely stay here again!"

Nothing - this is a basic, comfortable, simple hotel which was just what we needed for a one night stay on the way to the coast.

Rooms are not equipped with a toilet (they are equipped with showers though)

Shower/toiilet room was quite chilli. The floor was very cold. Water in shower had an unpleasent smell.

"The owner is super helpful and friendly, help us with everything we needed. The terrace outside is nice to sit and chill and just watch some animals goes by like birds, squirrels, mongooses and some more. Mahesh the owner said he can also make us food if we'd like that but we ate outside in a local place. Really amqzing place to stay if youre planning to go see Sinharaja rain forest. The woner will help you figure out the busses to go there if you want to save some money and not pay for a tuktuk"

"The room was close to the highway and easily accessible. Double doors effectively isolated it from traffic noise. The back door opened to the grass area and lake. The is a small beach with comfortable slope to the swimming. In seems that we were the only one in the motel because it was not the skiing season. It allowed us to heat sauna of the motel by ourselves and enjoy the privacy in the back area. We arrived late, but it was easy to get a key at the Himos center by giving a call 24/7."

Well, considering the price we did not expect any extra comfort. We did not use TV but it seemed very small, rather like monitor. It is not possible to open the windows in the room so we had to open the door for night time, which does not look safe, considering the proximity to road.

"Breakfast was a little over priced, tasted okay though"

The bedding was horrible, sheets felt like paper, pillows were hard and very uncomfortable. Didn't even use them. The first unit we got the toilet had leakages and were taken to another. The second one we got had dripping water from the shower, the sound was kind off irritating.

"Beautiful property, right next to the lovely Botanical Gardens of Entebbe and walking distance from downtown. We enjoyed our stay"

No staff on hand but self check in went well and for a motel it was perfect.

"The price is very attractive and the location is great, by the main road and not far from the bus station. The staff was very helpful! They picked us up at the bus station, gave valuable recommendations and looked after our luggage even after checkout."

The place is quite worn down and not really clean but you shouldn’t expect much for such a low price
