B&B Mom's House

"Mary Jo's home is warm ,welcoming and inviting. She is a great hostess, and right from the start I was made to feel like a guest AND a member of her community. The room is big and spacious and the internet was good. The bathroom was a good size, and the room was cleaned every day. There were amenities like water, soap, shampoo, conditioner in the room. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The fruit, yogurt, muffins, breads, coffee and granola were nutritious and attractively prepared. Mary Jo made sure the coffee was ready to go for my early morning wake ups. The room is in her home, so its like you are a family member-yet she is not intrusive. The property is lovely with access to a garden and a pool. The property is set on a bigger subdivision of gated homes, resorts, apartments and man made pools and gardens. There are restaurants and shops catering to tourists and locals who are staying/living in this gated complex. The beaches are lovely but most are part of resorts."

"Location was ideal for me / Maria provided everything needed to help me find what I wanted to do and could not have been more pleasant. Breakfast of many fresh fruits, yoghurt and muesli mix, home made bread toasted and house jams, tea coffee fresh juice was wonderful and healthy too. And on request an excellent spanish style omelette was provided. One day Maria kindly provided breakfast as a light lunch as I had an early trip out to explore. I was able to get online easily and did (shame) work for some hours. Very comfortable, excellent shower and toiletries and nice towels."

"Great stay at Mary Jos lovely place. We were staying in the room downstairs with a nice terrace to the quiet garden and were woken up by the chirping of the birds. The bathroom was outside of the room but right next to it and private. Our highlights were the excellent breakfast (fresh fruit plate every day and selfmade bread, jam snd muffins), the cute and friendly dogs Manolo and Bela and of course the warmth and friendlyness of the host Mary Jo. Muchas gracias por todo!"

"We had the comfort of a house, with the amenities and services from a hotel. Amazing breakfast with home made bread & muffins, fresh fruits, yogurt... Wonderful hosts. She will do anything to make you feel at home, and give you all info about what to do. We had the garden room. It is very quiet with a nice view. The B&B is in a gated community with 2 beaches within walking distances. It is also a short drive from most of the main attractions on the Riviera Maya. 2 supermarkets and cheap restaurants just outside of the compound. Everything was perfect!"
